I called Frank to sweep and check out some smoking issues with our chimney and to get a quote on replacing the chimney cap on our pole barn. The old one had rusted away and I'd bought a replacement but never mustered the courage to get up on that 15' metal roof. Frank gave me a price to come out a few days later and sweep the chimney and said if the chimney cap replacement was straightforward he would do it for free! He quickly identified a structural issue causing the smoking and another issue and fixed them both with parts he had with him. He swept the chimney and headed to the pole barn roof. The replacement turned out to not be as straightforward as I'd guessed but he refused to give up. He got it fixed and still offered to not charge for it. It was surprisingly difficult to find a chimney sweep/cleaner that answered the phone and still does just the cleaning. Frank was GREAT!
