We've invested $20,000+ worth of repairs with Peterman over the course of four years, along with…read morethe $17/month membership. We live in an old house, so it sadly came with the territory and we had to hire their services for repairs that were beyond our skill level. Our trust with them came to a screeching halt when the time came that I needed to speak with management. We've had an almost 3-year HVAC issue, where five different technicians kept doing leak searches (and charged us for all of them) with no offers for long-term solutions. After my initial call to hopefully address this, it took about a week for them to send me a text offering the minimum possible resolution without even speaking to me. Conveniently, the call-back number they sent didn't work, either. It just goes to show that their management doesn't have the professionalism or courage to have actual conversations with loyal customers. They all hide behind the veil of their customer experience team who unfortunately don't make the decisions. I've never been so relieved to move on from a company whose leadership doesn't value their members.

After Troy messed with my furnace it no longer worked, he told me it was a house problem and left. The report he sent to American Home Shield was full of information that he had no way of knowing. They are getting paid to make sure claims get rejected and left my family and my two year old son without heat in 13 degree weather. Troy is the reason my furnace broke. They are dirty people, just trying to make money off home warranties.

Close inspection was done and followed up by one of their trusted advisors whom we've come to know over the years. Our new system was installed the very next day. The two guys who came out were thorough, neat and complete. One was inside for the breakdown, while his partner was outside preparing for the transition of the unit with removal, new pad and ultimately seating the new unit. They had it all up and running within about 4.5hrs. They cleaned up after themselves, explained everything to me and were on their way. We couldn't be more happier and can tell the difference between the old unit and the new one, complete with a new Ecobee thermostat. We've been using Mr. Quik for about 8yrs now and have been completely satisfied with the service, preventative maintenance and sales when it's been warranted.

First off the sized our furnace too big for our home. They sold us a unit to cool and heat 3000sq feet, and our home is half that size. September was when I started ill with headaches and respiratory issues. I needed a lung biopsy. Biopsy showed no bacterial of fungal infection. Doctor said it was air contaminates causing my breathing problems. That was October. Christmas rolls around and I'm still ill. April we call someone to look at our water heater he informed me their is a gas leak in the basement coming from he HVAC system. I called Mister Quick immediately, Nick informed me that when the HVAC system was installed it was installed improperly. It was leaking gas in 4 different locations from the gas pipe to the furnace. He spent 3 hours repairing the installers mess ups. I immediately started feeling better. The facial swelling and headache went away. 9 days free from a gas leak in my home and I'm feeling much better. My husband said our home could have blown up and that's also what the gas company told me when I reported Mister Quick. I live in Brown County and from now on when we get anything new added to our home we are going with a local company that has our best interest in mind.

He went above and beyond fixing something that needed it for no additional charge. I did not have furnace filters and even though he had some on the truck, I was able to run to Lowe's to pick up the correct ones to use today which saved $$. It's gonna cost to do this. They didn't know what was wrong with their AC unit after quoting 1000 thousands of dollars and kept trying to make an appointment for somebody to come out completely redo it we went with somebody else. I was let down because I thought these guys were good. They seem to have a good service plan and we may go with that but when we pay for a service call to find the problem you better find the problem before keep billing us for possible things that could be wrong.
