Stopped in today to check out the ebikes, that I've been curious about, they have the two brands…read morethat I've been leaning towards, Aventon and Rad Bikes, which seem to offer the best bang for the buck. Shop was really clean, well-organized and personable. Helpful in trying to determine what would be best, he let me go for a test ride and suggested a steep hill across the street for a test. These bikes are really pretty amazing, could go up a really steep hill at 8-10 mph, with little effort, which normally one might have to walk up their bike it was so steep! They are getting in a new shipment, one of which I'd like to test ride/check out. Repair shop looked really organized and productive. Would recommend based on my experience with other bike shops and experiences, seems like they have a good reasonable selection of bikes for people, vs. only high-end bikes, that cost a fortune. Easy to access and plenty of parking too. Will be further investigating these e-bikes.

I just want to give Garneau's Customer Service a huge THANK YOU for their great service...I purchased a brand new pair of NOS Montana XT3 Mountain Bike Shoes from a private seller...Well, I got screwed because the tongues were cut at the area the plastic ratchet straps attached to...Of course the seller was MIA when I tried to call about the problem...Anyway, I emailed Garneau about ordering a set of tongues and here is where Garneau's Customer Service stepped in. I received a super quick reply from Yvonne from Garneau's Customer Service department...She asked me to send her picks of the damaged shoe tongues...The next day she sent me a new set of tongues at no charge!!!...I was blown away by the fast service and awesome reply I received...You don't get this type of service anymore these days....All I can say is Garneau has a customer for life and I am totally recommending them to all my friends...Louis Garneau Rocks!!!
