    I had a very good experience working with Porsche dealership in Rocklin, especially James and Dia. James was very professional and helpful. He answered all my questions and found the right car for me. I really appreciated his communication style and insights. Dia was very helpful and available to get in all the paperwork done fast. Great team!

    What can I say. This place sells and services legendary sports cars and SUV's. The salespeople and service department are super professional, friendly, and helpful. It's fun checking out the very high end models while I'm getting my car serviced.

    What a great experience working with Porsche Rocklin! It started with a call to inquire about their services as I was turned away by other Porsche dealers in the Bay Area. None of the other dealers were willing to work on helping me get my car ready for the new smog requirements. My ask was to have the stock tune put back on my vehicle. My conversation with Arian was pretty straight forward and he got me scheduled at their earliest availability. When I arrived to the service department, I was pleasantly greeted and offered water, coffee, or tea before we even started to talk about the service. Their approach is very relaxed and welcoming. When we finished discussing the service, I was asked if I needed a ride anywhere while the car was in service. Being that my service was going to take a couple of hours, I decided to stay at the dealership. Arian walked me over to the waiting area and toured me though the amenities. Explained that there is courtesy wifi and restrooms nearby. I got setup on their work table area with power plugs and stools and a fantastic view of the service area. I tried to get work done but was distracted by the work going on in the clean service bays. Arian checked in on me several times to make sure I was ok. Making sure I had everything I needed and gave me status updates. I decided to take a break and walk around to admire the showroom cars on display. They had a couple classic 356s and a 2022 GT3 RS to admire. The 356s were just for show and the RS was sold. Everyone I ran into working there were pleasant and never did I ever feel pressured or out of place. It felt like everyone was just genuinely happy to be there and welcomed guests to enjoy the place. When my vehicle service was complete, Arian texted me and the car came back washed and fully inspected. The service recommendations were all online through a web link sent over text with the estimates. Very slick system. Again no pressure to get anything done but Arian kindly explained each one to make sure I understood what was recommended. I was escorted to the cashier and I was on my way. I truly wish all my dealership experiences were like this. I would definitely make the drive out here again for service despite being 1.5 hours away (in Napa). I'd recommend others to give them a try for service. You won't be disappointed.

    Surprise

    Eddie and Dia are the GOATs! I don't know where to begin regarding the most professional experience at a car dealership I've ever had. Some background info: my wife is pregnant and she needed a safer/reliable car to drive our first born baby around in. Coupled with the fact that her dream car was a Porsche Cayenne and her birthday is in June, I know what needed to be done. Eddie was nothing short of being thee most professional and concise representative for Porsche in helping me find the perfect car for the start of our growing family without any headaches during the transaction. Which is unheard of IMO at dealerships these days. When my wife and I came to pick up the car, Eddie had the Cayenne in the showroom under a black cover with a giant red bow on it. Due to all of Eddies efforts, my wife started crying tears of joy. Dia then came by to introduce himself and congratulated us on the numerous occasions for this special milestone in our lives: first born baby, wife's birthday, dream car surprise. I can't begin to explain how thoughtful Dia and Eddie were in helping us find the perfect car for the start of our growing little family. However I can say this, we'll be back when we're ready to upgrade or add. Thank you gentlemen for all your due diligence.

    Do not sell your car to Porsche. GO TO CARMAX !! I purchased a 2019 718 Cayman last year at this exact dealership. They kept on calling me telling me were making aggressive offers because they needed inventory. They appraised the car at $68,700. They offered me $52,000. CARMAX offered me $57,000.

    ***High dollar image with very low dollar customer service***…read more-This is why you can't have nice things. Had to rearrange my whole schedule in order to bring my vehicle in for a scheduled service. Got a message on the morning of stating "will have to leave overnight for just an oil change." That's unheard of at any other dealership. I showed up anyways. - My service advisor tried to strong-arm me into the "recommended" , must have services. He look extremely surprised when i questioned and asked for a break down on exactly what each "recommended" service was and how much. I guess their typical clients never questioned and can afford whatever is offered - LOL.. -It's probably just me stepping out of my boundaries. I like nice things, and have a bad habit of questioning everyone and everything (TRUST, but always verify)... - stuck to my original plan and only got only the oil change. Received great attitude from not agreeing to the extra "recommended services"..... -another shocking thing was , service advisor made sure i know and understood they "will NOT reset your service light, unless I get the complete "recommended service" package ".....crazy, but if you charge enough for your product, you can name your price and set your rules.... -Check in my car and had to wait on the showroom floor room floor - as i live far, far away, in the not so prestigious neighborhood w/ nobody available to pick me up. Most regular dealership i been to strive for excellent customer service and offer a "lounge ". I guess only non-luxury dealership offer such a thing. -Verdict: shock and what a disappointment. Poster child of "Over promises, and under delivered"....i like the car, so i'll keep driving it, just wish the service experience was designed to cater to everyone, even dudes who look an talk like me.....

You didn't bulge any of these problems with the car you just sold the car to me well now I'm here to let the people know about the shady deal !!! about and to ask them to very seriously think about buying a car or vehicle here .ya that's right
