However, the reason why I am only giving four stars is because I asked for well-done potatoes, and it got burnt potatoes, but I did end up getting better ones without any real hassle Patrick, our waiter said that he was told to bring out the burnt ones to me, and he knew that it would not work, but he did what he was told. The purple haze was a light and refreshing drink to have! The agave on the bottom could have reduced to avoid being too sweet but I would definitely get this again! I added the immunity boost for the extra vitamin C. The service was good and they were very attentive. I loved the fact that you can use a QR code to pay instead of waiting for the host. The donut holes are ADDICTIVE! The fruit compote is light not sugary. Compliments the sweetness of the donut. The chocolate sauce was JUST RIGHT! The only reason I gave 4 stars is for the waiting list management. I was a one person walk in and the kitchen was backed up so the wait was about an hour. I didn't have anything to do so I waited. I noticed people getting sat that came after me so I went inside to sit. To there credit the guy at the host stand remembered me and sat me right away. Now let's get to the good part! The service once i was seated was great. My waitress was super attentive. I had the BARBACOA QUESADILLA BENEDICT and they need to put this on the menu permanently!! I order it with the eggs on the side with no hollandaise. It. Was. Delicious. The flavor was so good. Now that I am thinking about it I need to go back before it's gone. This is one of those places where you truly cant decide so you just go all in and get 2 entrees. (If you dont do that - try it here). I don't even like frittatas but the smoked salmon one was calling my name. I am so glad I answered back. It was really flavorful with sweet onions and a creamy sauce on top. I also had a pumpkin pancake that was the best fall symbol my mouth has ever tasted. I left room for the donut hole thingies - so light and airy and delicious. I rarely leave negative reviews, but our recent experience here was disappointing enough that it warrants a warning to others. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that customer service is not a priority here. Despite having a reservation, we waited nearly 30 minutes just to be seated and that was after standing awkwardly at the host stand with no acknowledgment from the staff. Several employees walked by without so much as a glance or greeting. Once seated, things didn't improve. We sat at our table for over 20 minutes before anyone came by to offer water or take our drink order. There was no sense of urgency or even basic attentiveness. What really pushed this from a bad experience to an infuriating one was our attempt to speak with a manager. After politely asking twice, we were told the manager was "busy in the back" and couldn't come out. No follow-up, no apology, just a flat out refusal. I've worked in hospitality, and I know how tough the industry can be, but the lack of accountability and unwillingness to engage with customers is inexcusable. To be fair, the food was decent, but nothing special and certainly not worth putting up with the neglect and rudeness. In a city with so many great dining options, there's simply no reason to subject yourself to this level of disregard. Bottom line: SKIP THIS LOCATION unless you enjoy being ignored, disrespected, and made to feel like your presence is an inconvenience PERIOD. read more

After that, he came five minutes later and told us the restaurant was now closed and he can no longer serve us. I was a little skeptical of this place just because it is a chain. But I shouldn't have been. It was pretty good. I was happy happy with my meal, the rustic frittata with added ham and removed the mushrooms. Along with sourdough bread and some dressed greens, my meal hit the spot. My sister enjoyed her omelet and not pictured, but she had a freshly pressed kale juice/vodka drink that was very refreshing. This morning, the food was definitely great and my waitress was amazing. The hostess doubled as a cashier without ever looking flustered. I was impressed. However, I had a whole GRASSHOPPER on top of my salad. While the waiter that I called over and my waitress were very apologetic and worked fast to correct it, you would think that the manager would come out and apologize-or at least take it off the bill. Didn't happen. They took pictures with their cell phones, but didn't make the effort to come out of the kitchen to address it with me. Well since they are building one of these by my work,I thought I would test this location. So I would describe this place as a hipster type breakfast place. The food quality was great. Yea it took a while but they were also extremely busy. I sat at the bar. The person serving the bar seemed to be a bit over whelmed in my opinion. She took my order but food was delivered by a manager I presumed. She didn't return until well after my food was delivered to refill my glass. She did however offer me one to go. Plenty of free parking, eclectic community, great atmosphere. I hopped on the Yelp waitlist in advance so that I wouldn't have to wait long. This is a great feature by the way. I think the server had to have a full tray of drinks before doing any. Ordered water and ice tea and it took 20 minutes each time to get them. The food took quite a while longer than anyone would expect for breakfast. We sat at 11am and left at 1pm. It took 15 minutes to get a Togo box and the check. Everything about First Watch checks my list of favorites. The service the ambiance of the restaurant and the food are all awesome in my opinion! Things to try: if really hungry- the sausage gravy biscuit. My usual is the Trifecta, which I choose the chicken patty cooked well, the multigrain banana walnut crunch pancake ( I think that's the name) scrambled egg with white cheddar. Delicious! Some of the best brunch! This is a chain restaurant, but still delicious. It is in a strip mall type area so there is plenty of parking which is a plus in ATL. Visited on a Sunday around 11am, but pro tip you can join the waitlist online before you arrive. Joined the waitlist online and checked in and only waited 5 minutes. They have a good menu and I love their elevated egg sandwich (Fresh, over-easy cage-free egg with bacon, Gruyere cheese, fresh smashed avocado, mayo and lemon dressed arugula on a brioche bun. If you're weary of different textures then the custard may not be for you. Now... in regards to this "Dollar Tree" bacon disguised under the name "Million Dollar" is ridiculous. I don't even know if I got the Million Dollar bacon. I didn't see a dash of pepper, maple syrup, or hell... even dust! You can judge it by the pic, I can get that bacon better at Waffle House. I'm really just mad at myself for getting bamboozled into buying some almost $6 bacon. The Purple Haze drink was pretty good. Breakfast brunch place near my house so I tried it out. I placed an order online and it said it would be ready at 1pm so I went over and got there at 1 and the hostess looked at me with a confusing face as I was coming in. I go up to her and tell her that I ordered online and came to pick up. She pointed to her right where there was bunch of togo bags waiting to be picked up. I went over and my order was not there. I had to wait for about an hour and fifteen minutes (labor day) just to get my table but it was well worth the wait. They send you a text when your tables ready so your free to roam around the area and check out the cool restaurants they have . Its also right off the belt line . Inside they all practice safety COVID rules correctly . Everyone has a mask and the tables are separated at least six feet apart . The condiments are given separately . I asked for tabasco and they gave us these cool mini Tabasco sauces. Food The food was amazing and they have a great variety of foods to choose from. They even have a seasonal menu. The pancakes were big and delicious , you can really taste the pumpkin in it . A side of biscuits and gravy and my gf got the A.M superfood bowl. The biscuit and gravy was delicious , great portion of thick gravy with chunky pieces of sausage topped on a fluffy biscuit. I'm a huge biscuit and gravy fan and this might be second to homegrown IMO. The A.M superfood bowl which was a bit sweeter than expected but still very good with a lot of fresh berries and a strong coconut flavor. It was close to eating a parfait rather than a watery chia pudding. The whole grain toast was a bit hard to eat but the almond butter was spread across generously and very good. Overall I had a great experience! We went ahead and took a look at the menu during the wait so when we got in there , we order right away. After a walk on Atlanta Beltline I headed to First Watch for a bite to eat. I've had this restaurant bookmarked for awhile now and finally got the chance to indulge. I ordered the Market Hash which consist of 2 cage free eggs-any style ($1.69 up-charge for cheese eggs), atop seasoned potatoes, house roasted crimini mushrooms, zucchini, baby spinach, red peppers, shallots, melted mozzarella & goat cheese, and wholegrain artisan toast. Breakfast was great! The food was well seasoned. I topped it off with the morning meditation drink which consist of orange, lemon, beet, turmeric, organic ginger and agave nectar. (Or adults if they let you order as an adult) Farm house skillet hash. Great flavor. Potatoes tasted like they were cooked from frozen. Done on the outside. By under cooked inside. Avocado was fresh and tasty. Everyone's berries were tart and not ripe The blueberry special drink was $5 and watered down. Get a smoothie next door in the same complex for the same price instead. Sorry about the honesty especially with the soft opening and donations you did but the food quality is not worthy of this neighborhood st this price.
