I ordered through Uber! What I got this morning was a severe disappointment. I received overcooked hashbrowns with even more overcooked bacon that was crumbled throughout. That wouldn't have been so bad then the over easy eggs that were actually not easy at all. This was dry, except for the grease. Only thing that was decent was the toast. With higher tariffs meaning more cost to everything else there should be more consideration in preparing takeout food. As I recall some places got pretty good reps doing take out orders. Delicious brunch menu! I was visiting PA and my friend recommended we try this restaurant for brunch. I hike we didn't make reservations, we only had a little wait time for the four of us. The staff were really nice and promptly sat us at our table. Since fall is coming, they had a number of fall items we could choose from. We started off with the salted caramel donuts which came out so warm and were simply delicious. For an entree, I ordered the million dollar breakfast sandwich which was so delicious. It came with a side of potatoes and the sandwich was a good size. Everything I had was amazing. The restaurant is busy but is family oriented. I enjoyed that the coffee was brought to the table in an individual carafe but tastes bitter. The turkey sausage gravy lacked seasoning and was very watery. We stopped be here for a friends & family event the day before they fully opened. You'd never know they weren't fully open by the hustle and bustle indoors. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and nice to speak with. Our server was great and made sure we had everything we needed. The lemon ricotta pancakes were delicious and tasted similar to a lemon pie. The potatoes they serve were perfectly seasoned without being overly salty. I was able to have a healthy lunch by ordering their Avocado Toast. They accommodate my request to put the sea salt on the side so I could control my salt intake while my friend enjoy a wonderful sandwich with a side salad of mixed greens. I never write google reviews but my experience at this restaurant was some of the worst service I have ever encountered. The hostess spoke too quietly and was very hard to understand and just overall not friendly from the get go. It took about 25 minutes before our order was taken and another 45 minute wait to get our food which was cold. I asked for sausage instead of bacon in my meal but was still given bacon, when brought to the waiters attention he said "oh we will get that fixed" and immediately ran away. There was no communication whatsoever in regards to what that meant... were they remaking the whole dish? will it be a side of sausage? will he just be comping the meal? I wasn't going to sit there and wait another 45 minutes to get my correct meal so I ate what I got. Now to the quality of the food... the worst breakfast I have ever eaten. Imagine room temperature eggs over chunks of poorly cut onions and undercooked potatoes coated in a layer of burnt grease. Absolutely disgusting. About 20 minutes later when we are finished eating and ready for the check to get the hell out of there, the waiter says they are packing up my correct meal to go... you would think if someone's meal was made incorrectly the correct plate would be prioritized to come out fairly quickly. Also the entire service staff was extremely unpleasant, unwelcoming and looked miserable/mean. Particularly one lady who delivered our food (basically threw it at us) and had an attitude.. didn't catch her name but she looked middle aged with dark brown hair. I witnessed a customer standing near the kitchen doorway trying to give his server a cash tip and this lady screamed at him "BEHIND YOU" and proceeded to physically shove this older man out of the way. Also extremely overpriced for the quality of the food. Poorer quality than your typical diner food and triple the price.
