We came in on a Saturday with a party of 17. Tierra greeted my party and I with a smile. The party was from age 4 to 70. My 4 year old granddaughter was upset because she could not take her iPad inside the restaurant. Tierra addressed her and gave her some stickers. Totally awesome. She swayed my entire party on the heated patio with a smile. She then turned us over to David. David was totally awesome. He patiently took everyone's order and did not rush anyone. Shiloh my server was EXCELLENT! I ordered the trifecta which included a Belgian waffle (theirs is the BEST) now the scrambled eggs with cheese were over cooked as was the pork sausage links. The food looked great, I ordered the smoked salmon eggs Benedict. After 2 bites I was like wait this should be hot. I've NEVER had a cold eggs Benedict. The service was slow waited 10 min before someone came to my table to order drinks or food. I asked another waiter to ask mines to come over she never did, also asked the hostess and still never came. I sat for additional 10 minutes and just left. Let me start off that I never write reviews. I have gone to this restaurant a decent amount of times, mostly on Sundays so a wait is expected. Today and in the past I have been skipped over a wait when only having two in my party. I have to go to the hostess to request where I am in line, knowing I have been skipped. Today I was told up to 15 mins, 30 mins later with no names being called out loud, no paging system used, I witnessed multiple parties entered that showed up past me and my daughter. Show me in a couple of friends came out and tried to go to a restaurant that wasn't open so we ended up passing first watch. I was pleased. You could sit inside and outside, it on a day that's not too hot, this really works in your favor. Sat outside, have some really good breeze and it was pretty clutch that day. Way staff was nice and friendly, I have zero complaints about that. Our waitress took care of us very much so. Howard at the cornbread, tres leches strawberry French toast, and a Pomegranate sunrise. All of it was good! Every bit of it. The cornbread came out super warm with the butter already melting on it, it was amazing. The French toast let me feel like I was going to get diabetes right away but I persisted and finished it lol! I have no complaints about this spot. You have to wait for a certain time to get alcohol, which I didn't know, but when we did get alcohol, she hooked us up. This is definitely a good and chill spot. You may have to time it correctly, because if you go at a certain time, you got to be standing outside waiting. My friend and I came for Sunday brunch and there was a bit of a wait of 20 to 30 minutes and then we were promptly seated thereafter. Our server was sweet and attentive considering the busy crowd. We started with the morning meditation drink, and the lavender drink and both were really tasty. For brunch, I had The Works omelette with a side of fresh fruit and toast, and it was really a delicious, well-balanced meal. All of the ingredients were very fresh and the dish is well-prepared. Love the avocado toast, but somehow they can't handle poached eggs without the runny whites, so I have to get them over medium instead. They did it perfect the first couple times years and years ago, but just haven't been able to cut it since. I still love coming tho, but today ordered their new parm prosciutto toast w scrambled eggs. We joined the list online and checked in upon arrival. It was a decent amount of people already seated and waiting for a table. We were seated after about 10-minutes. Karla was our server and did a great job. She had several tables seated around the same time and she handled them all well. The crew seemed to work well together as a team. My fiancé and I observed them pitching in as/where needed (e.g. bussing tables, checking on guests, and bringing out food) The overall restaurant cleanliness was good for the mkay part. (We observed the busboy use the same towel to clean the tables and seats and there was a bit of trash on the floors near the tables where we were seated. It was never cleaned out entire visit) My reason for the four star rating is due to my potatoes not coming out as crispy and they took them back to the kitchen. Cinnamon toast cereal milk: very milky, hint of coffee flavor, almost no alcohol taste at all. I also did the pick 2. Chicken avocado chop: very refreshing tasting. Wish there was a little more chicken. Soup of the day, which was vegetable soup: just a standard vegetable soup, nicely seasoned, I did appreciate that it was still slightly warm when it was brought out. Really love this place, especially before 9am on the weekends. Most of these types of restaurants can be packed on the weekends, but we always seem to get lucky here and step right in. It wasn't quite packed yet, but the people were rolling in as we were eating. The service is exceptional, and we loved our waiter Anthony, who we have had before. He gives Chik Fil A level of service which to me is the standard in fast food and up. I appreciate that when a lot of restaurants are struggling to find good help. I tend to get the Trifecta. You can't go wrong, and it's plenty of food. They let you jazz up the pancake that is included, and I added blueberries to the banana nut crunch pancake. Also got the cheesy grits. To die for! I ordered this place on uber eats. We ordered a bunch of food. 3 bags worth. We only ended up getting one. this was not Uber eats fault because then I had to go up to the first watch to get the rest of our food and there was a woman looks like college age and I told them about and and the lady is the one who is handing the bags to the drivers because as I was there she was handing the bags to the drivers. The drivers aren't picking them up themselves. She hands the bag to me but drops it. Didn't even say sorry. Horrible service. read more

I want to give this place zero stars. My family of 13 (one was a toddler needing a high chair) waited almost a whole hour. They said they were working on clearing the whole back row of tables for us. Next thing we know, they seated a different family of 4 that came after us in one of those tables and wanted my family to squeeze into the remaining tables that only fit 8-9 of us. We overheard someone in the back tell the workers not to even give us that whole row, despite us clearly needing the space. This is going to be a bit long.... First, the particular location we went to, is about 5 minutes from our house. We've been here at least half a dozen times since the scamdemic started. There have been excuses ranging from, most of the staff are sick, stayed home, didn't bother to show up, or had covid (otherwise known as the common cold - AMA Dictionary definition). The bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in some time. They don't replenish creamers or other normal table supplies between customers. The floor has debris all over. The overall condition of the public area has been, well, unacceptable for a restaurant, in my opinion. Now, on the positive side, the food is always hot and delicious....but because of the overall cleanliness, and constant excuses about staff, we most likely won't be back any time soon. read more

First time to First watch was pretty impressive. There was about a 45 minute wait on a Sunday morning, but they give you free coffee while you wait and the seating in the waiting area is okay. What is really good about this place is the food quality. Everything is super fresh looking and is well seasoned/prepared and you can tell they are trying pretty hard to deliver a premium breakfast experience, which they succeed at. Some of the highlights are the "Million dollar" bacon, which is thick-cut, smoked bacon slathered in brown sugar and maple syrup to create some of the tastiest meat candy you'll ever eat. The plate sized chocolate chip pancakes are a kid favorite and crowd pleaser. I enjoyed my wild mushroom frittata, with arugula and some herbed soft cheese of unknown origin. We waited almost an hour for food. When the food finally came out we were served raw eggs and raw potatoes. I asked the waitress to please bring me some new eggs since they were raw, and she explained that they were "over easy." I said "ma'am this is not over easy, this is raw," only for her to begrudgingly bring me new eggs. I had to ask her twice to bring me new eggs. By the time the eggs arrived we had been at the restaurant for an hour and a half. This is easily the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. read more

I LOVE this place. The food is absolutely wonderful: fresh ingredients, creatively inspired, and deliciously prepared. The ambience is also really nice. A classy, upscale restaurant with a homey feel. We come here quite regularly and I've never been disappointed. I always get breakfast because every dish is soo delicious, but others in my party have gotten lunch items and have raved about them as well. Some of the negative reviews mention the wait time...most days they get you right in.....you may wait a few minutes on the weekend, especially at brunch-time on a....but that's to be expected of an establishment this good!! FILTHY! I have always liked the menu at First Watch, lots of healthy alternatives and variety. So amidst the pandemic my wife and I decided to go back as it had been so long. I was shocked by how unsanitary everything is. The floor was filthy and our wet table was wet with smudged cereal on the top and the seats look like they captured all the debris off the table. The hostess was nice enough to wipe it all down again. But then came the silverware. Food still dried in the fork and knife and has to send that back. Lastly two water glasses arrived that looked used! Full of greasy fingerprints. That was it. If that's the acceptable standards of the seating area we were not going to chance it with the kitchen and how they prepare food. We are all dealing with COVID the best we can, at a minimum this place should have a solid cleaning health and safety procedure to do there part. Clean up your act! We won't be back. read more

Decent place! Didn't hi to the restaurant but rather hot Uber eats: blueberry pancakes with eggs, chicken patty and blueberry muffin. The pancake was huge and yummy! The chicken patty was good too but the eggs were okay. Nothing special. The muffin was also good. Food came fresh...I'm eager to visit the restaurant and give it a go there too!
