I always thought this place was some sort of watch store-- given the name. If it wasn't for Yelp I would have never came across this brunchin' gem! A girlfriend and I stopped in one morning and were pleasantly surprised. Love the rustic vibe, and the fresh pressed juices (which I am a sucker for). I had the avocado toast which was ok but tried my girlfriends blueberry pancake & whoa! It was delicious--a must try! Looking forward to trying some other food items off of the menu in the future. We'll usually hit the gym first, then go in for a great and healthy breakfast option with more flavor than you can image healthy would taste like! I visited First Watch Jupiter Yesterday for the first time yesterday and the service was fantastic! Our server was very nice and our food was GREAT! After my food got to the table the manager came to our table to make sure everything came out to our liking and I thought that was a very nice touch! I will be back later this week with my family! Sunday breakfast is evidently a popular time for families with small children to eat out. The place was packed so we took the first available table inside. The noise level was at ear damaging levels - the loud funky music did not arrest the din. Certainly not a place to have a relaxing meal. The tables are packed closely together so I found myself part of an other tables conversation. Our server Kelli was excellent- courteous, efficient and friendly. Steaming pots of coffee arrived promptly. The menu is extensive- food very good and prices are moderate. Could be a great place for breakfast if not too crowded & hectic. read more

I had not been to a First Watch location in over 1 year. Reason being is, my family and I visited the location in Wellington, a few times. Each time more unpleasant than the first. The last time we visited the manager did not seem to really care about the horrible service we received, i.e., waitress took forever to bring our food, when it was brought to the table there were items missing. It was a mess. Due to those issues, I vowed to never go back there. We live closer to the jupiter location and I decided to try this location this morning. What a huge difference. Immediately I was greeted with two warm smiles and seated right away. The waiter, Charles was pleasant and prompt. Charles is Knowledgable about their new menu and even gave me a brief update on how they recently had a change in ownership which he expressed positive changes were made all around. I ordered the power wrap. It was delicious and very healthy and freshly made. I had a very good experience at the jupiter location and I will definitely go back with my family! Food was ok but wait staff didnt know their product even after we told her we couldn't have a certain ingredient. Then after bringing out the dish with the ingredients in it they tried to explain it was in there "minimally" but there were huge chunks. The worst breakfast ever! The fruit crepe was a banana, 2slivers of strawberry, 1 sliver of apple in a dough.....side of unbanked lemon muffin. The waitress told me she will bring another muffin and 10 minutes later brought a plate with muffin cut in halve and toasted. REALLY?? When I told the cashier that I was completely unhappy with that crepe....he told me they get lots of complaints about that one. Again, REALLY? Wonderful food with a compassionate heart! I have been to the First Watch in Jupiter on Indiantown Road many times and for years. My entire family loves it. The services is great and the food is always wonderful. On a way more important note, about two months ago I was asked to arrange a Pancake Breakfast at my company to raise money for United Way and other local non-profits. The first place that came to my mind was First Watch as everyone loves their pancakes. I called, spoke with the manager, explained what I needed and in no time, he returned my call and said, "YES!" First Watch committed to donating 100 pancakes for our Pancake Breakfast. We couldn't have been happier! The manager communicated with me several times before the event and reassured me that everything would be ready the day of the event for me to pick up. Not only did they donate 100 absolutely delicious pancakes (both plain and chocolate chip), they had them available fresh, hot and ready way before their store even opened specifically to accommodate my tight schedule. The pancakes were a huge success and we raised over $500 at our Pancake Breakfast! Thank you so much to First Watch of Jupiter on Indiantown Road for having a super big heart and helping us raise money for children and families in need right here in our local community. Kaylee was my server and she was delightful. I do not ever delude myself into thinking I am an easy customer, because I am not. I do, however tell the server exactly how I want my food, i.e. dressing on the side, hold the onion, etc. and it's astonishing to me how infrequently I get my food as I requested. That was not the case today as Kaylee NAILED it right down to the extra butter on my pancakes that was soft and spreadable. What a girl!! She pays attention to details and takes pride in her work. I asked for a tea refill as she gave me the check and she had the good sense to put it in a go-cup. I thanked her with money, she was spot on perfect. The pancakes were great. I had the seasonal pumpkin and a blueberry and they were both cooked to order and piping hot. You can buy 1, 2 or 3 pancakes AND they do not all have to be the same kind--how COOL is that!! I will update when I go again as I had nothing but the pancakes but they were excellent pancakes--slightly crisp and cooked--not doughy in the middle and the were really good. I want to try some other things on their menu to see if they are as good as I hope they are! read more

I walked in with my family at a slow time. There were plenty of open tables and waiters standing around. We waited 10 minutes and no one even offered us water. Not to mention the empty cups on our table were dirty. When we walked out, no one acknowledged us. Quite frankly the food didn't look worth the wait anyways. The food was OK, but you'd never know there was a pandemic. The worst thing was an older woman who wanted to sit outside to be safer where we were also sitting . About 10 tables on the patio and we were the only people out there, and the woman asked to sit away from us. The server said no your table is here - right next to us, less than 6 feet away. I spoke up and insisted they allow her to sit where she requested. They complied and she thanked me, and said she was so distressed, she just wanted to get a meal! Then as we were were leaving I saw them sit 2 tables of people each on either side of her!!!!! There were at least 7 open tables on the patio and they had her cornered. Unacceptable treatment of this woman. Also, Patrons wore their mask for about a minute while walking in and never again. There was a gentleman inside using it like a Starbucks for Wi-Fi I guess as he had his laptop setup and was paying his bills. Took one sip of coffee the whole time and yet never had a mask on nor was one visible on the table. First Watch - I expected better from you. read more

Today I went to treat myself to a nice breakfast. When I first walked into the restaurant I was greeted nicely seated promptly. I didn't wadnt a fancy breakfast I just wanted some eggs, tomatoes, and some bacon. I sat there for 7 minutes while wait staff was all around me clearing tables and serving food. Not once did any of the wait staff acknowledge my presence, look my way, offer a drink, or say someone will be right with you. I must have been invisible! Needless to say no one cared about ONE lone patron. So I decided to leave and go elsewhere. On my way I told the two ladies how long I sat there without being waited on and they asked me who my waiter was!!! Really, how would I know ??? No one showed up at my table! We were traveling & usually don't have the time to wait for a breakfast but this was worth the 20 minutes. You can tell they must usually have wait-time as the have water outside waiting. Nice. I had the Key West Eggscrepe a crepe w egg, avocado, bacon inside. The home fries weren't as thoroughly cooked as I like them & I didn't need the muffin but great food. Hubby had the pancakes-HUGE. We came to First Watch twice during our stay in Jupiter. The first time we came in we were going to place an order to go but decided to stay inside to eat. The service was very good and everyone was friendly. The restaurant was also very clean. We both ordered the traditional breakfast with turkey sausage and the eggs over medium. My eggs were not cooked even over easy!! Needless to say I didn't eat the eggs but ate the sausage and potatoes, which were good. The English muffin was also not toasted that well. A few days later we decided to try First Warch again. This time I ordered the tri-fecta. I asked the waitress to make sure the eggs were cooked over medium since they weren't cooked the other day and to toast the English muffin extra crispy. This time I completely enjoyed my breakfast. We both had a blueberry pancake which was delicious! The eggs were cooked over medium and my English muffin was crispy. If we are ever in Jupiter again, we will definitely stop in for breakfast again!!! read more

Absolutely horrible! I was greeted promptly which was great. I sat at my table for 5 mins no one looked at me or asked me if I'd like coffee or water. 5 more minutes a server goes what are you drinking? I said I can give you my entire order if you're ready she looks at me and says I don't have my pad to take your order and walks away without even getting a drink order like shed originally asked. Then she still didn't come back. I was sitting at my table for a total of 20 minuets and didn't even receive a drink. It's amazing that this first watch is paying this server when she doesn't even want to make money for herself yet alone your business. I'd give a name but she didn't even give me that. I'm a server and would never allow a table sit without a drink for even a couple minutes. I will never be back to this location or send anyone to this location. read more
