Or course top it all with the poached eggs, and hollandaise sauce for a delicious breakfast. It comes with their Peasant potatoes on the side which I understand are a signature item for them. I found the potatoes to be ok and some were a bit overdone but they did make a nice vehicle for sopping up that Hollandaise. The others in my party had a variety of dishes. The skillets look really good. They offer a great selection of breakfast fare and every plate was plated nicely with attention to garnishes and overall "curb appeal". I will comment on the staff and their work. The time of my visit, it was staffed by three 18-25 year olds and they seemed to do the job pretty well. The cook had a bluetooth speaker and was playing a wide variety of Spotify (or whatever) tracks - ranging from weird quirky musicals to early 2000's Emo Nu-Metal to what sounded like death metal. I had to laugh at the music choices. It was only me and another party eating. The service was attentive and accurate. I was overall pleased with how these kids were handling themselves. They have a tough job and they are earning their pay here. I never experienced any rudeness or anything. So the important aspects in any restaurant I look for are cleanliness and staff performance. This location on this night, earned 4 stars in both areas.
