Came here for lunch the other day and so glad we did. I Got seated right away, got drinks quickly and plenty of time to look over the menu. Decided on a burger with cheese curds. My husband got the 6 piece tenders with fries and jambalaya which were huge. Waiter never came back by after dropping off our food so we had to keep going to the bar area to get refills on our drinks. The food is really good, nice restaurant with simple menu. Wait staff I guess is hit or miss which is why I gave only 4 stars. We would come back again for sure. Price to portion ratio is good. read more

Cute little spot in Nolensville with decent prices on both food and drinks. They also have an area to throw darts. Their veggie burger won an award a few years ago and I thought it tasted great. The wings were good too. Drink prices were pretty cheap, restaurant was clean, and staff members were all very friendly. We will dine here again. read more

It has great appetizers, tasty burgers, fast service, local charm- everything you want in a place like this. I wasn't expecting much as I approached this unassuming restaurant hidden away of Nolensville Road. But, as we entered, a delightfully happy staff greeted us as we choose our seat. My son got the grilled chicken strips which juicy & well seared, while I choose the most basic of burgers on a quality bun. The meat was fine & fresh, but didn't care for the shredded lettuce nor a somewhat tasteless tomato. But, the fries were on point. Fresh, hot, & well seasoned. We finally had the chance to try Brothers and were not disappointed. I had the Fun Guy and my partner had the Jumpback Jack. Both were amazing. Burgers are made to order (and doneness) and came out perfect. The regular fries and sweet potato fries are both pretty dang good. I can't speak for the cleanliness of the interior of the restaurant as we sat outside, but the patio area was nice. The only minor odd thing that happened is another customer walked by us and noticed we had an ashtray at our table so he reached between us to throw away his lit cigarette. Ugghhh, lol. Note: we don't smoke, the ashtray bucket was on the table when we sat down and we didn't bother to move it. BUT, other than that strange encounter everything was perfect. This is the best burger in the Nashville metro area. It Should be a 10 star burger if possible . Uncle Sam was very flavorful and the perfect burger. Best French Fries that I have ever had - crispy and fried perfect. Beer selection was outstanding with local craft beers.Madeline gave the best service and and was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Meh. That's about all I can muster for this place and I really don't like to leave negative reviews. My date and I popped in here on a Sunday evening since Martin's was out of meat (yes, that's right) so we thought we'd give this place a shot. Nolen's was better than this and that's not saying much. I'm not sure if they just had some friends working that night instead of actual trained staff because it definitely felt like no one knew or cared to wait on anyone. The food was mediocre at best, as we got the chicken sandwich and the catfish from the very limited menu. Seriously, there's not a back to the one sided menu about 5 options other than burgers. We were sat wedged in between a party of 12 who were all friends with the staff and a family who was spread out practically on top of us. We honestly should've gone to Sonic and sat in our car to eat. We'd have spent our money more wisely and had a better meal. Neither of us actually finished our food, as the catfish was over fried and dry, the grilled chicken was good but the fries were bland at best. Looking forward to whatever may replace this location. Yum. Flavorful and a convenient location in the heart of Nolensville. I shared the "Fun Guy" burger with my husband and it was delicious. The grilled mushrooms, horseradish dressing were an amazing pair. Our children had the kids meals which were a hefty and generous size for a kid which is always appreciated. Best part of the kids meal (Blue Bell Ice cream mini cup) The ambiance is perfect for sports fanatics and sunday football lovers. Several screens to enjoy all the games. Boy, oh boy, in reading the other reviews, I too, wonder if everyone is rating the same place. I really enjoyed my experience and I will tell you ALL about it, including an unusual problem they resolved. First, the food, then the service, atmosphere and problem resolution. My burger was just fine. It was the American version, cooked as advertised with just the right amount of seasoning. One point I did not see in other reviews is that this is local beef, from about an hour drive to the Clarksville area. And yes, I could tell the taste was different. All the toppings were well balanced. A key for me is the bun. It needs to be tasty as well as hold the thing together. This bun did it. Since I was driving for Uber, I did not take advantage of the beers or signature cocktails, but both seemed intriqu Cole slaw was wonderful It is apparently their own recipe, had the right amount of tang and a nice spice sprinkle on top. Parking is the biggest ambiance problem. All the restaurants on this part of town have the same issue. I was there on a Saturday afternoon and was directed to park next door. No problem. As for crowd size, the place was buzzing early afternoon. No one was sitting on the outdoor area, and there were only two vacant tables inside. Everyone was having a good time and I loved the music being played. Servers were a bit short, but they were focused on getting your food, getting it fast, and getting it right. Even though rushed, my server did check in often to make sure I was satisfied. Now for the comic incident. Opening my straw for the iced tea, I noticed it was wet. Hmmm. Maybe they did not wipe down the table. No big deal. Then, I noticed my elbow was wet, and the level of the tea was an inch and a half lower, but I did not drink any. The plastic drink cup was leaking! It leaked so much, it spilled on the floor. Staff was super efficient in getting me relocated with a new drink, and mopping up the mess. Well, my experience was very good. As for those of you who rated then with only one star, I'd say you should give them another chance. Patrons, do not let the negative ratings scare you away. Give them a try to make up your own mind. In reading the reviews, I find no pattern that would indicate the store had a bad spell due to lack of beef, a new cook, or new servers. That level of inconsistency is hard to explain. While I hesitate to say this, I will be courageous. I'm not belittling those who gave a poor review. If that is honestly your experience, thank you for your input. However, it is known in the restaurant business that some people give poor ratings that may have flaws in them. One flaw is that if one thing goes wrong, the rater trashes the place. This is called the reverse halo effect. (Because my table was dirty, the meat sucked, the servers were mean and my food was cold.) While I hope this not the case here with ANY review, it is known that reviewers with sabotage a store via the review to make another restaurant rate higher. So. There. You. Go. read more

They did not have a printer drink menu. The waitress Judy said "tell us what ingredients you want, and we'll make it". Friendly staff, a little slow but it's ok. Food was below average. I had the mushroom Swiss burger & it was soggy, the fries were lukewarm at most.... The drinks were not the best! Same bartender as when the place was Nolen's Place but no ingredients to make me a Cucumber Martini which I enjoyed a couple of times a week when the joint was the neighborhood bar! Waitress was great but put in a uncomfortable position. We went with another couple and at the time we ordered our food we told the waitress that we had coupons from City Saver. As we were waiting for our bill she informed us that management did not want to honor our coupons. She was able to get them to honor one of the two that we had. We started eating at Brothers' a couple of years ago and enjoyed it. When the restaurant was sold we overheard the new owners say they were going ro make changes to the menu. Since then nothing has changed except service and food has become worse. If you are not a regular it is almost impossible to get anyone to help you. I doubt we will be back now that a better place for food and drink just opened down the road. This place needs a Bar Rescue! read more

Brothers in Nolensville has sold. I went last Tuesday and was so disappointed in the burger that I had to send it back. Brothers use to make the best hamburger and my family went there but no more.. They use to have the best meat and the best bun and now it is the worst. You should change your name if you are no longer going to serve Brothers' burgers. The wine was the worst wine and had to send that back too. Please bring back the aged beef and the old buns. Service was terrible too. Goodness, how could a restaurant change so much. :( read more
