    Light and fluffy waffle

At this location the Belgian waffle is always overcooked. The Winter Garden store told us that they have the newer cooker but Sand Lake doesn't. Also better at Kirkman. Everything else good, but I go for the "light and fluffy" waffle and at Sand Lake, it's not that.

Went in Sunday morning at about 845am and there was no wait time. A very clean place. Staff was mostly nice! (One lady seemed like she wasn't having a good day and the vibes from that came off strong). Ordered their tri-fecta with the choice of waffle, over easy eggs and bacon. Everything was cooked good! There was some type of jam that came with it made me question why it was on the plate. Yet, to each their own. You are able to pay either qr code on the check or at the front register. Side note, if you have a gift card, would have to go to the register to use it!

First Watch is a restaurant that serves both breakfast and lunch and I have pretty much only have been here for breakfast. I like how First Watch and other similar restaurants give a more upscale version than the typical greasy spoon restaurants that once were the norm if you wanted to head towards a restaurant for breakfast. The service here was professional and the food was good. I would definitely recommend this particular location of First Watch.

We enjoyed our breakfast the day before at First Watch so much that we went back. Decided to try this location which was close to our appointment. Love this location! They opened the door for us before we could even walk to it. The staff are personable and friendly. We appreciated good service. First Watch released their new summer menu and it looks so good! I had their new million dollar breakfast sandwich and a morning meditation juice with their boost. So good! I may have to go back for round 3!

Enjoyed a early lunch on the outdoor patio. The juice options are amazing especially the Meditation! Great lunch options as well! Service was fast as far as seating and courtesy enough

The lemon blueberry cornbread was so good. It's a seasonal item, so get it while you can. Our food came out fast and the waitress was attentive. We were here at lunch on a Wednesday. The dining room was maybe half full and it was so loud with people talking. There wasn't even music that people were talking over. Honestly, I would have preferred to take our food to go.

We had breakfast here during our short vacation and i would come back here any time. The place was pretty busy on Sunday. Its hard for me to find breakfast places i would say i like, as i eat healthy, but this was one of those restaurants where i would happily return for a brunch. They have different kind of fresh squezed juices. We started with a bacon appetizer, it was amazing! I had avocado-egg toast which was so delicious.. We also ordered pancakes with fruit, big portion, fresh and tasty. We really enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere, our serves was very kind as well.

The food was amazing. I had the new French toast tres leches it was so good the strawberry's tasted fresh with great flavors. I don't know what the crunchy bits were but they were very good. I raised someone in my groups potatoes and they were to die for so good. The server was very nice and quick too. The ambiance was great there was great sun light and very comfortable seating. I would highly recommend this very vegetarian friendly restaurant.

Pretty good standard American breakfast food. We didn't have anything that blew our minds but it was all very substantial and good portions, our son loved the strawberry French toast. The vibes are chill and like a modern diner but not dated feeling. Our server was awesome and super friendly. Great location for a quick breakfast.

This is my favorite brunch place in Orlando but unfortunately I am not happy today take out order. Staff are very nice and very friendly. I ordered the salad as usual but the bread is old and it moldy. I only see it after I took a bite. I am so sad.. I hope they pay attention for future!!

Stopped in for a late brunch close to 2p. No wait. We started with the bacon. I ordered the pumpkin pancake breakfast and my son did the breakfast tacos. They ran out of chicken sausage by then so I did bacon with my pancakes. Good came out quickly. I enjoyed my pancake and the tacos were good. Service was ok. First watch is one of our last minute breakfast preferences.

    Tri-fecta with million dollar bacon
    Jessie L.

I liked the modern farm house ambience at First Watch. The food also exceeded my expectation. I had Tri-fecta with million dollar bacon and it was delicious. I am not a waffle person but this waffle was special - fluffy in the middle and slight crusty on the side and it somehow had a hint of savory taste. I also enjoyed the kale juice. Would love to come back if I happen to be in town again

First time visiting this First Watch location in Orlando. I've been to several others near home, but this was my first time here, and the experience was just as great as always. I ordered one of my usual dishes, and as expected, the flavor and quality did not disappoint. This time, we decided to try something from the seasonal menu: the Steak and Eggs Hash, which was delicious. We also revisited some of our all-time favorites, like the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes (a perfect choice if you pair them with bacon and eggs) and the Chickichanga, which is consistently amazing. I also tried the Red Medicine juice from the holiday menu for the first time, and it was incredible! First Watch continues to be a reliable choice for brunch and breakfast.

It is a family owned restaurant founded by New York natives who noticed a gap in Central Florida for high quality, authentic New York style diner food. The original location opened on Universal Boulevard in the Lake Cay area, near Universal Orlando and SeaWorld. The restaurant quickly became popular with both locals and vacationers looking for an alternative to the standard hotel breakfast buffet. Following the success of the Universal Boulevard location, the owners expanded to additional Central Florida locations, including Lake Buena Vista and Dr. Phillips. The Diner has gained attention for its creative twists on classic comfort food. One of its signature dishes is the Bennyffle a combination of Eggs Benedict served over a waffle. The menu also features specialty cereal pancakes, including Fruity Pebbles and Oreo Crunch, along with classics such as chicken and waffles. In July 2026, the Universal Boulevard location even became the center of a viral national news story after a family of seven including children reportedly walked out on a $298.47 breakfast bill. The story highlighted how hard family businesses work and how an incident like this can affect them. I recently met up with a group of friends at The Diner for brunch. The Diner can get crowded, and they do not take reservations. I am grateful that one of my friends arrived very early to wait for a table for our group. The diner offers a selection of coffee drinks as well as alcoholic beverages, making it a festive spot for brunch. Since I had a long day ahead, I stuck with coffee and ordered the signature chicken and waffles. The combination was delicious. The crispy, savory fried chicken was the perfect partner to the soft, buttery waffles, while the warm, sweet maple syrup contrasted to the salty chicken. It was a very large portion and I really enjoyed my meal. The service was excellent, and the staff were very accommodating when we needed several separate checks. I loved my visit to The Diner, and the experience was made even better by sharing brunch with a great group of friends. Good food, friendly service, and even better company made for a memorable morning.

I believe it may have been the Havana Ballroom. There was plenty of food, drinks, and mingling. The Cuba Libre Restaurant staff were great, and the venue was well laid out and worked for this event very well. When we arrived around 6:30 PM on a Saturday evening for our event, we first mingled around the tables and near the cash bar. There were a bunch of large tables that we began to fill out. As our program began and announces made and awards given out, appetizers were passed out. We were offered Guacamole Cubano, Mama Amelia's Empanadas, and Shrimp Cocktail which we passed around to the entire table. Personally, I skipped the guacamole and shrimp dishes but absolutely loved the empanadas. Yum! Then, an individual Cuban House Salad was passed out with red wine vinaigrette. This was also quite tasty. Next came the entrees including a choice of Salmon Paradiso, Ropa Vieja, Citrus Chicken, or Paella Vegetariana. I was trying to decide between the Ropa Vieja (beef brisket) and the Citrus Chicken. While the Citrus Chicken sounded perfect, I asked the serving staff their advice, and they recommended the Ropa Vieja for a true taste of Cuba. I was happy that I did even though it may have been more heavy and with a kick than I was expecting. I'm still glad I ordered it though. It was wonderfully prepared! And then, everyone received Cuban Flan for dessert. The Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar celebrates Cuban heritage and explores Cuban flavors, music, art, and traditions. The mission of the restaurant is to provide an "escape" to Havana through exciting food and beverages and entertainment experiences to celebrate the Cuban people and their culture. The Cuba Libre Restaurant is open for brunch on weekends from 12 PM to 4 PM, for dinner Monday through Thursday from 5 PM to 10 PM, Friday from 5 PM to 10:30 PM, Saturday from 4 PM to 10:30 PM, and Sunday from 4 PM to 10 PM. Happy Hour is at the bar and bar tables on weekdays from 5 PM to 6 PM and weekends from 4 PM to 6 PM. They have a special Chef's Tasting menu during dinner. They serve fresh seafood and vibrant desserts along with other food and drink options. They have world-class music in a large open area that can certainly turn into a party vibe. This restaurant is in the midst of the Pointe Orlando. You can find details on their website: https://liveatthepointeorlando.com/Eat-and-Drink/Palm-Tree-Club-Restaurant. You can find menus, events, make reservations, private event information, and more. The Palm Tree Club is open Sunday through Thursday from 5 PM to 12 Midnight and Friday and Saturday from 5 PM to 2 AM. They have some great specials during the week. They host Girl Dinner Thursdays every Thursday from 5 PM to 10 PM, where for $25, you can get a choice of martini, prosecco, or wine paired with fries and a Caesar salad. They also host Happy Hours every weekday from 4 PM to 7 PM, where they serve half price global snacks and chef's featured selections including specials on all spirits plus select draft beers and wines. It was certainly a great event and a fun place to be!

Let's start with the good. I'm from out of town and Booked a resy for Sunday PM and had lots of…read moreoptions for seating as they were not too busy. Server did his best to provide us with service but unfortunately they were severely understaffed and you could tell. He maybe touched the table twice (both times we had to call him over) the drinks were not good. I had an espresso martini that tasted purely of salted caramel syrup (I dont believe they had a true bartender so that may be why). I ordered oysters from reg menu and had to send back as they were dry and frozen to touch! As a Baltimorean, that's a no go. We ordered from magical dining menu....The apps were great! I recommend the wagyu dumplings and shrimp tempura. Chicken Katsu entree was very tasty however my rigatoni was undercooked and overly seasoned. The dessert....cheesecake was stiff and flavorless even with cherry topping. The sorbets were great! The overall decor and esthetics are what brought me to this location so after my experience I'd recommend visiting during happy hour as it's a super cute spot for drinks and pics.
