First watch it's just one of several restaurants that have taken on a different business model for the concept of breakfast. Where once the choices for a place with breakfast was kind of limited to diners, First Watch and similar restaurants are offering a somewhat more upscale version of breakfast. The menu is also a bit more varied then your typical greasy spoon. They also have several more healthy options. I would definitely recommend First Watch as a good spot to grab breakfast. read more

On this visit, there were 7 of us. So, that was already daunting for a server. But, the guy did great, took all the drink orders without writing anything down and showed up with everything perfectly! Then, we all ordered. Yes, pen to paper for this. Orders came out great, pretty fast and tasted great. We feel the food is consistent and better than many of the mom and pops. I went there for the first time last week and ordered the chicki-changa breakfast. it was really good, but it was missing one ingredient, the eggs. I mentioned this to the server and she said she was sorry, but she would get me some scrambled eggs if I wanted them. I told her no, this was enough food for me for today. I went back this morning and ordered the same thing and mentioned to the server that the last time I was there the cook forgot to put the eggs in it. She brought me my breakfast and the eggs were on the outside of the tortilla, but more in a creamy sauce than just scrambled eggs. Both times the breakfast was really good, but I noticed this time that it was a little heavy on cilantro, but not too much. It was very good and the service was very good, so I will be back. read more

3/27/24 Had lunch at the Wildwood location today, and it was not good. The bathroom was dirty, the Italian wedding soup had no meatballs, and my cup was half full. Sandwich was sloppily made...the restaurant is packing them in but I won't return for a while. Expect value for money paid...going downhill at this location. read more

Visited with a group of eight ladies. They were very accommodating to our group. We all ordered a lunch combo. Everyone that got the hardy vegetable soup seemed to really enjoy theirs. Prompt seating. Friendly and attentive service. Quick meal delivery. Most dishes were prepared well except for the fried potatoes, many of which were undercooked and hard. Some dishes were over seasoned. A few pools of grease on the plate from the potatoes, omelette and bacon. Very nice whole grain toast. Everything is priced a bit high for what you get. I have eaten at other First Watch locations and the service and food was great. We were seated right away and then it took 10 minutes for our server to come by. We placed our order and it took 40 minutes to get our food. I ordered the Cobb salad. It had 6 tiny pieces of turkey. Not what expected for a Cobb salad. I usually love this place but they seem to be going down hill. I normally order the Farmhouse hash with scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, avocado, onions, tomatoes, cheese with whole grain toast. What I got was soggy, barely cooked bacon, with a few of the other ingredients over 75% potatoes. I may have caught a glimpse of some avocado. I picked the fatty bacon out and put it aside. It's usually very crisp but not today. I don't know if they're scrimping on the food because of the food crunch but there was definitely not the quantity of past meals. The toast was also cold and hard. It was like eating hardtack. I was starving and in a hurry and didn't make an issue of it. As I said, usually the chow is usually great but not today. Wildwood First Watch Food was GOOD but Service needs motivation. Servers will offer you refills on drinks and charge you for every refill afterwards . Marissa did not want to serve us normally and you can just tell the work ethic was to just get me a refill on something that doesn't offer free refills then charge me and rush us out (Never offered TOGO boxes or TOGO drink cup). We could've stayed longer and got more food but that experience alone has put Wildwood First Watch lower on my list and caused us to leave. read more

Well the reputation said it's the best breakfast ever. So I'll say this. Bloody Mary, bacon, great. The chickichanga was not my kind of flavor. Was weird to me. Plain and blueberry Pancakes were just so so. The maple syrup was lacking sweetness. The jelly they gave on the plate wasn't anything special, pretty bleh the potatoes werent crispy and we're t quite soft like aldente potatoes the biscuit and gravy the gravy was like a 6 but the biscuit was too light and fluffy and flavorless, like a 2. But the lemon ricotta pancakes were especially bomb. I liked leaving a whole pot of coffee and water at our table. Good place. Will update when I spend more time here read more

Let's start by saying we have ordered takeout/delivery from this First Watch several times and loved the food. HOWEVER today's order was a big disappointment. When our order arrived we immediately noticed 2 items we paid for were missing (Millionaire Bacon and Breakfast Potatoes). We called the restaurant right away to fix it and they knew what was missing but they decided to do nothing to try and get us these missing items. The manager said they were training and very busy so they made a mistake and offered a "free" meal next time. What good does that do? I already paid for these items and wanted to eat them today not at some future date. When I asked for a refund he said "corporate" would be in touch to credit me in 5-10 days or I could come by in person to get cash. What?? We paid and tipped in advance trusting we would get our full order and instead we got a headache. Maybe he needs training as a manager on customer service. First time going to this restaurant, I ordered the food for pick up with a drink. My boyfriend picked up the order on the way home I tried the drink it was delicious. Then when I got home I got out the food I got a biscuit and gravy that comes with eggs and home fries. I also ordered the million dollar bacon. The million dollar bacon was burnt. At first I thought it was supposed to be dark because it's cook with sugar on it. But it tasted burnt and the home fries were burnt.
