When I first moved in I heard chirping in the chimney. First guy out claimed there was no evidence whatsoever of any animals nesting. They finally sent someone to fix the chimney cap and this guy found multiple bird nests and bats (with enough of a layer of guano that the bats were definitely there when the first guy came out). Currently still waiting for the (brand new) a/c to be fixed (it's been 4 weeks now). For some reason they cancelled the maintenance request about the air conditioner without doing a damn thing about it. So I submitted another. They canceled it the same day, again without doing anything for it.

They had several opportunities to inform me that the home was pending approval for another resident. Instead, they opted to allow me to spend $130 to then be told it is not available. I spent several hours today (while at work) trying to get everything in order. I was on hold several times for over an hour at a time. This really makes me wonder how much of their revenue is acquired just by taking advantage of people. I am absolutely disgusted by their complete disregard of their potential customers. As a single mom of 3, I can't afford to apply for homes that are already taken. The refusal to give a refund is a slap in the face.

I would never have thought I could get that number. I was absolutely blown away. Jon Westrom, the owner, even met me on a Sunday to walk through the property and talk strategy. That level of dedication is rare. His entire team works with real fire, fast, motivated, and incredibly effective. They communicate clearly, take action immediately, and truly go above and beyond. The back spicket is broken and you can't connect a hose to it plus it's coming out of the siding. My fence is rotting to death. We don't use the pool anymore because adults aren't allowed to have fun. Ridiculous. I'm not talking be inappropriate. We should be able to bring a noodle? As a renter I pay for all of this. We pay over $2200 a month for 1600 square feet and that includes the garage. They care more about the land lord than the tenants. When the lease is up we are out. I recommend everyone do research before you rent. Rent is always negotiatable if you're dealing with honest people! I will not attack anyone 1 person.
