OCH is a big box builder building crappy homes and then putting a nice finish on it. Among the things that we caught before it was too late were no brick ties on the brick. Faulty wiring. Cheap OSB. Ran a beam thru a doorway then notched it to make it work. Floor is still not correct. AVOID THIS BUILDER or have them build you the cheapest version and remodel it immediately.

This really makes me wonder how much of their revenue is acquired just by taking advantage of people. I am absolutely disgusted by their complete disregard of their potential customers. As a single mom of 3, I can't afford to apply for homes that are already taken. The refusal to give a refund is a slap in the face.
