The lady that takes your orders is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. She hung up on my sister once when we tried to order over the phone. This place is definitely hit or miss and today was a huge miss. Asked for extra mushrooms in my dish, didn't get any at all. Chicken in the chicken/snow peas and the General Chicken were slimy. The food is to salty and the pork fried rice has very little pork and the egg rolls taste bad the last time I ever eat there.

This place was awesome prior to the covid pandemic. Since than it goes downhill each time I give it another chance- as I keep wanting it to go back to what it was! General Tsao Tofu was perfectly crisp. it was mostly tofu and a few broccolis which usually is not the case. sauce was sweet and mild spice. I was left with a mild spicy aftertaste that was a nice touch. Vegetable fried rice was perfectly balanced. large chunks of mushrooms and ample cabbage/lettuce. I ordered quite a bit from this restaurant through door dash. I have ordered several times and this is the first time I've had a problem. I called and a VERY rude woman with a thick accent answered and first claimed I hadn't ordered the dish I didn't receive, I told her I was looking at the order in front of me and it plainly showed I had ordered it. She then switched to well you need to contact door dash then because they didn't send the order to us right. I said I would like the food I didn't get delivered and she yelled" well I'm not delivering it to you!" at me and hung up on me. I spent $80 there for food for my family there, and that will be the last penny they get from me. I am highly disappointed in their customer service. read more

What a HUGE disappointment! One star is too much! I wanted to give a Zero!! My hubby and I were craving Chinese and thought we'd give this a try mostly due to the 4 out of 5 stars. This place is disgusting and filthy! We were so hungry. I saw that the counter was all boarded up except for a speaker. Could barely see the girl behind it. She was extremely rude. Acted as if we were inconveniencing her! We brought home our food and it was NASTY! Had to throw out the Kung Pao chicken. Didn't see any chicken but huge mushrooms! I'm highly allergic to mushrooms. They were all I could see! Good bye my dinner! My hubby ordered sweet and sour pork. It was gross. Tasted awful. We split it because we both were so hungry. The chicken egg rolls were nothing but total grease!! One bite and your mouth was filled with it. Couldn't get all of the grease taste out of my mouth for a long while! Ordered mixed vegetables on Monday 10/18/21. Asked for it to be prepared very soft and without baby corn. When I got home the vegetables were so hard as if not cooked and loaded with baby corn! Are these people morons? Anyway stopped in two days later and when I started to explain what happened the lady flew off the handle screaming in Chinese and went back inside. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This woman was without a doubt the rudest person I have ever met! Keep your greasy fried rice...never going back. The lady at the counter was rude and didn't even greet us and god forbid smile. I payed debit and told her it was a to go order; she puts the receipt on the table and doesn't tell me. When I ask if its mine she replies: "It has your name doesn't it??" with a rude tone. When the food is ready she only says: "ok... ok... OK..." also with a tone. Now the food... I ordered the sweet and sour chicken with the special rice (with pork and egg roll) It was tasteless, and extremely greasy (more than any other I've ever tried). The special rice had no "special" to it, no pork, no egg. Also the sweet sauce, looked and tasted like it was watered down. It gave me a stomach ache. Went back again tonight, and glad I did. Got bourbon chicken again and tried a new dish, chicken curry. The bourbon chicken was excellent again. The best bourbon chicken in Lehigh! The curry chicken was good as well, and I am not usually a huge fan of curry chicken. It had good flavor, but was not overly spicy. Extremely fast and fresh, I walked in for carry out and watched them cook it, it took maybe 5 minutes and tasted great and was fresh. Enough food to feed 2-4 for under $20. If you dont have another option its definitly edible but its not great by any means. The crab ragoon taste only like cream chesse, the egg drop soup if neon yellow and taste fake and the house special lo mein was a grease fest, but it did have meat and veggies.
