They overcharge for rice and if you add veggies to any dish they charge for it, which is fine, however the veggies they add in are microscopic. Chicken Lo mein is super salty & greasy, they put small pieces of chicken you can't even find them. The price they charge for small rice $4.35 (WOW) and don't dare question the women about pricing because she starts yelling at you in front of other customers, please go to school to learn customer service. We thought we'd give them another try all the last time wasn't great. At least the order was ready this time when we went to pick it up. However there was very little chicken in my cashew chicken and even fewer cashews. The rice was only half cooked -still hard in the middle! They charged extra for sweet and sour sauce although we ordered 6 egg rolls, and it was so watered down it was near tasteless. I guess we're going to find another Oriental restaurant. Was excited to have found Chinese for But, the disappointment was real. The food was terrible and thought I was having a heart attack with intense headache and heart palpitations. The manager did nothing to accommodate me after me telling him the food was under cooked, overly greasy etc. the beef and broccoli zero flavor the fried rice terrible the steam dumplings, horrible chicken wings undercooked the fries were dripping in oil, the lo mein, horrible, soft, no flavor, crispy noodles, eggrolls, and spring rolls were full of oil and horrible no flavor. I'm giving it 4 stars because it takes a lot for me to give 5 stars. Ordered the food through their online app. We picked up the food. Husband said it was a typical dirty Chinese Restaurant. We've lived in Ft Myers 3 years. Found one other place that was good. But usually, the Chinese restaurants in town are just awful. They either use some weird spices or just plain "no flavor!" I ordered the steamed dumplings, one egg roll, chicken with Chinese veggies (a little spicy), sweet & sour chicken, egg drop soup, hot and sour soup and vegetable rice! It was ALL very good. And trust me when I say... I'M PICKY!! I always use white vinegar and soy on my Chinese! After we ate, I read the reviews. They seem to be all over the place. Maybe hit and miss (depending on who's cooking that night, possibly!) I think my only negative would be that the pot stickers were a little thick (dough) and the egg rolls could be more filled. Shortly after hurricane Ian passed, having no power at home, unable to cook a warm meal easily, and bored with cold sandwiches, was very reluctant to give them a try. Walked in and was immediately greeted with a young man with a smile. We weren't sure what to order for a few people we were taking food back home to and he provided suggestions. Great decision. I have never really been a fan of traditional Asian restaurants in the states due to heavy grease foods so had never tried them. I wish I had been willing to try much sooner. Was able to request my food steamed and not fried, was delicious, and thrilled everyone enjoyed the meal. Restored the spirits of neighbors too. We live a mile behind the restaurant and every home here was flooded so we were all feeling pretty low. I will be coming back! read more

I have been on the hunt for Chinese food that resembles the great stuff in the northeast. I've found it to be pretty bland and boring down here, however I know standard Chinese food isn't culinary wonderment on a plate. But, this place was delicious. It's by far the closest thing to what I'm used to, Egg Foo Young...check. Egg Rolls...check. Moo Goo Gai Pan...check. Hot and Sour Soup, shrimp in Pea Ppds...the whole gambit was delicious. 6 months-1 year ago this place was great, everything on the menu was very good. Actual fried rice not the yellow stuff they make now. This place was my go to but they started going downhill fast. Now every time I go it gets worse and worse, tastes artificial, almost like rubber. This last time tasted like a mix between dog food and soap that's been sitting in the sun for a month. I don't normally do reviews but this one is very important. Do not order from this restaurant. I ordered delivery and I got half an order and overcharged $7 which I paid since I was paying cash. The tempura on the sweet and sour was gummy and the pork was not cooked thoroughly. The fried noodles, which I ordered special, were old and stale. I ended up sick. They wouldn't even take my calls when I tried to speak with them about it. Instead they just hung up on me. If I could give zero stars I would! Be safe and do not eat here read more
