A few moments later I caught her attention and daid, it's on the menu, may I please get a side of it. Again she told me no, stating they don't have it, she brought me a menu and I pointed it out. A few minutes later the chefs at the sushi bar are talking to her and finally, I got a side of miso sauce, for a $2 up-charge (which I was expecting, and agreed to). Overall, the service was mediocre and it didn't feel friendly at all. She did check on me a couple of times but by no means was it exceptional or welcoming. At the end I received my tab to notice an automatic 18% gratuity/service fee added. I understand the service fee's, but the gratuity being included really is a bummer.
