My dog has been groomed weekly her entire life, and for the past two years I've done it myself because grooming is very expensive. Since I was going to be out of the country and my dog would be staying with a sitter, I wanted her to be clean and comfortable, so I carefully scheduled this appointment through the Petco app and provided all the required information. Minutes after checking in, Lacey called me to ask the exact same questions I had already spent 20 minutes filling out in the app. I let her know I was annoyed at the redundancy, and she reacted as if I was the problem. I even told my spouse at the time: "We're going to have trouble with this person." Unfortunately, I was right. On the day of the appointment, the sitter called to tell me Petco sent my dog home because, according to Lacey, she "wasn't able to stand" for grooming. Instead of calling me--something I had specifically requested if there were any issues--Lacey clipped her nails only and charged $26 without my permission. Not only did I waste hours scheduling this, but my sitter wasted time and gas driving, and I ended up having to pay $110 at another groomer to get the job done properly. To make matters worse, the sitter mentioned the Petco grooming area was loud, chaotic, and unpleasant for the pets. Overall, this was a terrible experience that showed complete disregard for both clients and their animals. Never take your pet here.

All the Best has helped in several ways that have had a major impact on promoting the health of my cats (in addition to their quality, vetted (pun just happened) food choices: It was always difficult to get my cats to drink enough water (kidney health!) until ATB suggested I move the water dish away from the feeding area. MAGIC! And I've added two or three more water bowls around the house away from meal spots. They use them all! Thank you, All the Best! One of my cats stubbornly refused wet food, sticking to her kibble. Then ATB gave me several tips on transitioning my cat to wet food, or at least getting some supplemental wet food into her. VOILA! She looks forward to the gravy-type foods that supplement her kibble, thanks to the techniques suggested by ATB. Thank you, All the Best! And finally, after a scavenger hunt to find low phosphorous canned food (very confusing and no straightforward numbers to read on cans) STELLA gave me an easy-to-read All the Best list of brands and varieties that I carry with me to choose the lowest phosphorous foods. And they now carry specific Weruva and Tiki Cat low phosphorous food. Stella gave me a sample and also another supplement sample that can be added to wet food for kidney issues. She took the time to listen to my concerns and make recommendations tailored to my cat's needs. My cat has kidney disease so her options are limited and she is also extremely picky, limiting her options even more. Logan told me about this new line from Weruva called Wx, which is formulated to have low phosphorus making it perfect for my cat, they offer it in shreds as well as a puree and a few different flavors and i was able to find one my cat LOVED. She cleans her plate at every meal for the first time in her life, its incredible. Even though I no longer live in the area and cannot physically visit the store, I am grateful for Logan's assistance and the level of customer service she provided, and continues to provide me. It's clear that the staff at this store values their customers and goes above and beyond to ensure their needs are met. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in the area, as they not only have a great selection of products but also provide exceptional customer service.

The shop in right on the corner of NE 85th Street and 132nd Ave NE in Kirkland's Rose Hill neighborhood. It's a bit tricky to find the first time because it seems like you are entering into a condominium complex. The shop is nice and has a few pet supplies for sale. Upon arrival I was greeted by Fiona who would be the groomer of the day. She was very nice and our pup seemed to like to her. Once the session was complete I received a text message that she was ready to be picked up. She came out beautiful and happy. Fiona told me how it went and even pointed out a minor concern with her rectal area. Checkout was seamless on the tablet at the register counter and Fiona didn't hover while I was deciding on the tip. She also noted that the "add ons" I ordered online were actually included in the full service bath. I really appreciated the honesty! Overall, we are VERY PLEASED with our dog's first grooming experience and highly recommend Kirkwood Pets to other pet owners. We will be back.

Our Goldie was very happy when I went to pick him up. The owner Felicia was also there and she was very nice, friendly, and very knowledgable about dogs. I highly recommend Traci's if you're looking for a groomer for your pet dog or cat. Just be aware it may take longer, but the quality is absolutely the best.

After I switched from Royal Canin and started feeding them JFFD Balanced Remedy diet and salmon bark/chicken bark/venison jerky, they seemed to reverse age. Their eyes became clear. They were not urinating in their sleep. One of them had a limp that went away after switching to JFFD. More importantly, the help at the Redmond Pantry has EXTREMELY knowledgeable, kind, friendly and helpful employees. I feel so confident in their recommendations.
