I'm really heartbroken writing this…read more Daisy, my 14-year-old dog, came in for grooming and was returned looking clean... but clearly not herself. She didn't wag her tail, didn't come to me like she usually does, and was unusually quiet. Something felt off. That night she stayed calm at home, but the next morning, after just five minutes outside, she refused to walk. I noticed her paw was swollen and inflamed. The vet said it looked like trauma or possibly a burn around the nail bed, consistent with grooming-related injury. The salon later sent a photo of Daisy after the grooming, but it doesn't show her paws at all. That felt strange. When I called to share what happened and ask for accountability, the owner was cold, dismissive, and refused to take any responsibility or even acknowledge the concern. I'm not here to point fingers, but I do want to share my experience. Daisy is healing now, but this was and still is a painful and stressful experience for both of us. We have a new appointment at the vet.

We have been regular goers to Pawbillion, but after this last time we will not be going anymore…read more To start, the staff are lovely and kind to both us and our dog. However, multiple times now the grooming service has taken 5+ hours. The last time, we dropped our pup off at 12:40PM for a 1:00PM appointment for him not to be done until 6:00PM when Pawbillion closes. Not only did our pup take 5 hours to be groomed, but the result was poor. His head barely looked like it got worked on and his paws look like horse hooves with how they cut in between the paw pads. It is unfortunate because we have liked going and found the staff to be great to both customers and dogs. Seeing 10+ dogs leave the groomer before ours even got worked on means that our dog was sitting in a pen for at least three hours before he was attended to. And yes, we were sitting in the parking lot for 2 hours thinking our pup would be done around the 4PM timeframe (3+ hours, a more common time for a grooming) so we saw exactly how many other dogs got groomed before hours while ours just sat in a pen... If you book a customer for a 1PM appointment, then don't overbook which makes dogs just sit there. Very disappointing.

I cannot say enough positive words about Pickles Playland, the best facility to take your dog for…read moredaycare on the eastside! My dog loves coming here for daycare, playing with fellow spoiled furbabies. If you believe that all dogs should be spoiled then Pickles Playland is the place for just that! This Pickles Playland location is on Carillon Point in Kirkland, which is the closest one to our place. The daycare hours are 7am to 7pm on weekdays and to book daycare, you can do so online through a client portal. For certain days of the week, they have different themes, like movie Mondays where the dogs watch a Disney move during daycare or frozen yogurt Thursdays where you can purchase a frozen yogurt sundae for your fur baby to enjoy during daycare and they will send you a picture of your dog enjoying their sundae. Love these bonuses here at Pickles! As my friend said, Pickles is the Nordstrom's of doggy daycare! In addition to daycare, I've participated in events hosted here, like dog yoga, which is tons of fun! You can practice yoga with your dog and it's always a fun time. Pickles Playland does a great job of connecting dog parents with one another, which is a great way to get to know others. I recommend looking out for their events that you can participate with your dog! The owner of Pickles Playland is Nicky who is extremely talented and most of all, is truly caring of dogs. You know your dog is getting the best treatment at any of the Pickles locations, including this one. She has a professional background in dog healthcare and also bakes all of the treats sold here! I'm so glad I can count on Pickles Playland to watch and play with my dog during daycare and beyond.

No refund either. Total waste of money and time that put a huge spanner in the works of our upcoming vacation, just because they can't handle a whimper ruining their pristine, but completely manufactured image of being the best. Do not go here.
