I've gotten more helpful information from them about the feeding of my two cats than any information from my vet about the "special" food they carry (first red flag: ingredients (let alone the name of the animal source) not listed on the can! All the Best has helped in several ways that have had a major impact on promoting the health of my cats (in addition to their quality, vetted (pun just happened) food choices: It was always difficult to get my cats to drink enough water (kidney health!) until ATB suggested I move the water dish away from the feeding area. MAGIC! And I've added two or three more water bowls around the house away from meal spots. They use them all! Thank you, All the Best! One of my cats stubbornly refused wet food, sticking to her kibble. Then ATB gave me several tips on transitioning my cat to wet food, or at least getting some supplemental wet food into her. VOILA! She looks forward to the gravy-type foods that supplement her kibble, thanks to the techniques suggested by ATB. Thank you, All the Best! And finally, after a scavenger hunt to find low phosphorous canned food (very confusing and no straightforward numbers to read on cans) STELLA gave me an easy-to-read All the Best list of brands and varieties that I carry with me to choose the lowest phosphorous foods. And they now carry specific Weruva and Tiki Cat low phosphorous food. Stella gave me a sample and also another supplement sample that can be added to wet food for kidney issues. Despite having moved out of the area, I called this store for assistance with finding food options for my cat. Logan, one of the store's employees who has helped me numerous times before was yet again, incredibly helpful and accommodating. She took the time to listen to my concerns and make recommendations tailored to my cat's needs. My cat has kidney disease so her options are limited and she is also extremely picky, limiting her options even more. Logan told me about this new line from Weruva called Wx, which is formulated to have low phosphorus making it perfect for my cat, they offer it in shreds as well as a puree and a few different flavors and i was able to find one my cat LOVED. She cleans her plate at every meal for the first time in her life, its incredible. Even though I no longer live in the area and cannot physically visit the store, I am grateful for Logan's assistance and the level of customer service she provided, and continues to provide me. It's clear that the staff at this store values their customers and goes above and beyond to ensure their needs are met. As a dog mom and a pet owner in general, I wanted to give the best food and the best things in general for my puppy. Ever since I got my puppy, I have been coming to the store and got good experiences every-time. The people that work there also has a good knowledge of the pet food and overall pros and cons of the different food types. I also like that they support some local businesses that make pet food as well. The price can be a bit steep however it is worth it when you see how healthy your pet is at the end of the day. Also their return policy is generous. They allowed me to exchange some of the purchases I made because my dog did not suggested well. We really appreciate this pet care/food store. One of our pups has bad allergies and can only eat Duck as a protein bizarrely so it makes for a difficult time finding foods that are safe for her to eat. We also want to make sure that they are fed high quality food. All The Best Pet Care has been amazing and made our life so much easier. They carry a wonderful dog food brand (Acana) which comes in a Duck & Pear flavor they helped us find and also helped us find a duck canned food that we mix in when we give them medicine. When the canned food company was closing they let us know and helped us by contacting all their local store locations and getting all they had left to their store in Redmond so we could stock up. It was so incredibly kind. Also, they have really great quality halters, collars, leashes, treats, dog beds and other great things like CBD treats and supplements and their employees have historically always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products! read more

I went into the store three times these past few weeks and each time the manager (Jackie) or Logan were on their phones and I was met with attitude. I tried to ask Jackie (after she rang me up) for help carrying my purchases (about $150 worth of frozen raw food, toys, and chews) out to my car, she gave a huge sigh and turned around. I thought she was coming to walk around and help me, but she just walked to the back room. I stood there waiting, she never came back. I'm giving one star because the other employee working saw me standing there waiting for Jackie and offered to help, without me asking him. Each time I have gone in Logan has been very rude and b*tchy. I don't understand what her problem is, but surely she can stop tweeting, put down her phone, and help me choose and pick the right food for my newly rescued cat. Which was the reason why I had visited the store most recently. Please don't give me attitude when I ask for suggestions for a picky senior cat, I'm just trying to give her a good and healthy home. A customer would hope that employees would want to help their customers find the best food for their animals. I'm giving the second star because I received some cat food and milk samples. They were in the freezer and I was able to help myself to (but nothing to do with the helpfulness of the employees). From my exp the company does not care about their customers. They are great! Love the always courteous staff here! They help us all the time when needed. They have a rewards program for birthdays which I love and stack with ice cream pretty yummy!!! :) They also have natural bones per package and in different measures. Toys are very swell for rough use. Love the natural/organic treats. I love this store and the staff!!! Everyone is super friendly and accommodating & ALWAYS offers my dog a treat! (Which doesn't sound like much an accolade, but I am at the store 5+ times a week, because its on the trail we often use & my dog makes sure that is the direction we head). The store is always clean and presentable, the employees ALL welcome you in with a warm greeting (as well as say hello to my Aussie). They've always been more than knowledgeable when I've had questions about foods and treats, and if they weren't they'd look it up instead of trying to feed me a line to get me to purchase. Also, if my picky dog doesn't appreciate the food, they are so welcoming to returns & donate the food to dogs in need. I know AtB is delivered on Prime now and I could just as easily skip the brick & mortar experience, but the employees, the other dogs coming & going, it really provides a community type feel... enough so that my dog leads the way... I strongly believe in feeding your furry family members a healthy diet. I have been feeding them a healthy diet for as long as all the best has been in business and had even met the owner on several occasions. I used to recommend them to everyone. Several years ago I purchased a toy from All The Best. I saw that it was placed lower at a larger retail location. Knowing that the price difference was due to the size of the company difference, I asked the owner's husband if they would honor the price difference as I was a long-time customer. Instead, I was called a liar and mocked. I have NEVER shopped at All The Best and have no intention of ever doing so again. I love the idea of supporting the smaller local business which is why I will always shop at Eastside Dogs And Cats at Redmond Town Center because they Truly care about their customers. The employees kind of bombard you right as you walk in the door. EVERY TIME. Bombard you... Along with customers dogs off leash, bombarding you... If a customer knows what they want, and they're seeking their product of choice, why not leave them be? Maybe upselling is a requirement for employees, or just a strong presense of customer service. I'd appreciate being able to get in, and get out without being immediately embraced by such strong customer service. So, this chain is way better than the generic pet stores such as Petsmart or Petco. Their prices are not outrageous, they sell a good amount of raw food (practically the only reason why I shop here), and their staff is actually knowledgeable about dogs and dog food. Shocking! While I do agree that their customer service is over-the-top, why is that such a big deal? I'd rather them be extremely attentive than not attentive at all. I love the team at this store. Mckenzie is especially fantastic. I was in desperate need of 16 training treat pouches today for classes I am teaching tomorrow. She sold me what she had, and made two phone calls to the Bellevue and Kirkland stores and they were waiting for me at both locations. I visited this amazing store for the first time today, and loved it so much I came back again later in the same day! The staff is fantastic, the product variety and selection is awesome, and the store is clean and well-kept. The friendly staff GAVE us a bunch of samples, including dry dog food, moist dog food, and supplements. Plus, we were given a ton of literature about puppies and a free tote bag. I went to get dog food at Petco and the power was out so I went here instead. I was pleasantly surpluses how friendly and helpful the employees were. They helped me find a comparable food for my dogs (one with a very sensitive stomach) and sent me home with samples letting me know to try those first and bring back the bag I bought if they didn't like it. My dogs loved the new food and I have gone back since to get a bigger bag for them. I will be buying my dog food from here for now on. read more

This is a great local pet store chain selling high-end food & supplies. I appreciate the layout of the store...it's easy for me to get around - the aisles are clear and everything is neatly organized. I also appreciate their resident cat Maverick. When I first walked in with my excited Pit Bull Terrier, he of course zeroed in on Maverick. This ballsy cat just stared him down. It was awesome. I laughed so hard. I was ready to correct my dog if he did anything inappropriate, but I didn't have to - this cat's been around the block and knew exactly how to handle my high-prey-drive dog. The staff are super nice and acknowledge you as you come in the door/ wander around, which is a bonus. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is that I wish they carried ruff wear. I like this store a little bit better since they moved to the location in the Redmond Whole Foods mall. It's a little bit bigger, a little more accessible, and certainly, the merchandise is better organized. I like that I can buy 4 flats of 12oz cans of Wellness cat food and not clean them out. I also like that some of the employees bring their pets (Merlin, aww! and Jack, aww!). They also had some frozen raw chicken hearts just when I needed them the most... I wish they sold more supplements from animal-based sources, though, like taurine or calcium. A star for the friendly staff; a star for the info brochures about raw feeding (and the freezer of raw food); a star for not selling Purina, Hills, Iams, or Royal Canin; a star for the occasional kitty strolling through the store helping people with their purchases; but minus half a star for that video of the Furminator playing in the background constantly. I think I've seen it about twelve times now. And minus the other half a star for having staff that's well-intentioned, but often unable to help with more in-depth questions of cat and dog nutrition and overall health. read more

Went here for the first time last week and had a perfect experience. Two employees greeted me, really low key, and let me wander around without being overbearing. There was another customer in the shop who was complaining about her dog's issues, and the gal helping her did a great job of balancing recommending her products with urging the owner to talk to her vet again for their opinion. My cat has more allergies than I have yet identified, so I can only comment on the raw section as I have only found one kibble that is sort of okay for her. The raw selection at this store is phenomenal! There's a giant freezer of prepared raw foods along the back wall with everything from RadCat to Tucker's to Natural Pet Pantry and beyond. Whatever type of meat you want, it's there (venison, bison, pork, chicken, turkey, duck, etc...). I make her raw food myself to limit the potential for allergy flare ups. That said, they have 4 (or more?) freezers right behind the registers with stuff to make your own - bones for dogs, turkey neck pieces, grinds (like chicken backs, turkey necks, whole duck, etc...), etc... in their brand and other brands for CHEAP. I pay less for a raw diet here than I did for a lot of the kibbles I'd tried for her before. It's amazing, and I highly, HIGHLY recommend it if you haven't checked it out and feed raw. read more

I am a new dog owner and I just discover this store. In my very first visit one of the staff members spent good 20 min.with me, explaning to me all different brands doggy food they have and giving me a good advice. They gave me a free samples and asusured me that if my dog would not like the food , they are happy to take it back. On my second visit they actually stayed 30 min after closing , so I can come in at my convinience and buy what I need, since I work late and store was already closed. Wonderfull staff memeber named Leilani helped me out and was only happy to hear my conserns and my doggy story. You can tell that this people are really dedicated to your and your pet needs and they are genual and very professional. Never mind the fact that the food they are carrying is high quality real meat food, which is extrimely important for me. I will only go to this store from now on. read more
