The calamari was very tender and small bites, not big rings, which can be tough. Our entrees showed up after we had been there about an hour! I had a warm mushroom salad with shrimp and my friend had Halibut and chips. The salad was tasty but quite greasy. The halibut was piping hot but the fries were lukewarm. I asked if they were short staffed and our server said no, that they just weren't used to being so busy on a Wednesday !! They did not look busy. I want so much to love this place because it is close to home. But sadly it will remain a second choice for me.
