I love poke and have gone to many different places to eat it; but this is BY FAR the best. The ingredients are super fresh, the menu is one of the easier poke menus to read, the staff is helpful, and you can tell that the owner cares. You know the owner cares about the customers and it shows by how they only use top quality ingredients, and everyone there is a stickler for proper food handling and safety. I have had a bad experience at another local poke place that I witnessed poor food safety, and when it comes to consuming raw fish, that needs to be a priority. I have ordered their poke bowl and their Hawaiian meatball bowl previously through Uber eats, and both were very yummy and a great value... but HOLY PIG... their pork belly bowl I ordered today was friggin amazing!!! I didn't see it on the Uber eats menu the other day when I ordered so when I went in today I had to try it, and let me tell you it did not disappoint! I actually think between their dole-mosa and pork belly bowl, that this may be my new favorite local restaurant! I LOVE that they allowed me to add cilantro, cucumber, onions, and scallions to it as well. I seriously can't rave about it enough and I'm actually excited I have leftovers to eat tomorrow! The blonde gal behind the counter was awesome too! Great food, great value, and great service. I couldn't be more pleased. I'm really unhappy with my first visit! It will most likely be my only visit. I felt very rushed through the whole process, like the girls behind the counter were constantly looking behind me at the next person in line and hurrying me through my whole order. My husband ordered the stuffed avocado bowl. He said it was just ok but mostly rice and everything had very weird textures. I built. My own bowl and it was just bland and unsatisfying. I paid extra for quinoa (and had to wait a while for her to retrieve it from the back). I got tofu, green onions, cucumber, wasabi guacamole (also an up charge) and sweet chili sauce. The only thing in my bowl that tasted like anything was the sweet chili sauce. My bowl was also mostly quinoa and very little of anything else. I left most of it, just wasn't worth eating. I ordered the kids pizza for my daughter and it was so cheap and weird that she wouldn't eat it. I think it was some cheap gfs packaged frozen food. Kids food is a total afterthought here, I would avoid coming if you want to include you little ones. I was curious about the Cbd drink and was moved through the line so quickly that I didn't even bother asking about it. We were rushed through the checkout procedure even!
