There were two guys working and they were very nice and answered our questions. The food came out pretty fast, I got the bahn mi and it was so good and fresh, my boyfriend got the tuna melt and honestly his was so good I wish I got that one (and I don't normally do tuna melts either). Since it's a food truck, there's not a lot of seating but it was in a nice and quiet parking lot and they had picnic tables if you want to sit down and enjoy your food. Next time I'm in Humboldt I'll definitely be back for more!
