So we split the Arugula Salad. They bring complementary bread with a garlic butter or basalmic and olive oil. We preferred the basalmic. The garlic butter wasn't very garlicky. But the salad was excellent. They split it for us for a small upcharge. The Halibut was excellent. We had to split it ourselves, but that was not a problem for us. It was served over couscous and was excellent. A bit small to split, so we added a cheesecake dessert with ganache. Very good. We paired it all with a Cabernet from the Oakville area of Napa (where we had just visited) and it was excellent as well. Our server was attentive. The pacing of our meal was very well done. The fries…read moretasted very grassy and bitter, which is a sign that there is chemical contamination, which means that their equipment is not adequately sanitized. This poses a risk for solanine which is a chemical that is harmful to the human body. I am not the type to complain, but Wingstop needs to be investigated for not meeting the standards of food and safety. The management there doesn't seem to have it together. If any health inspector is reading this, go in there right now and see what's up.
