Placed an order for 2day Fedex shipping on monday 6:27 A.M.. Today is Thursday and still fedex only has shipping information. Their policy is basically same or next day to ship. Today will be day 4 they still have not taken my package to fedex. Why did I pay extra for expedited shipping if you do not expedite the shipping. I am waiting on antibiotics, I purchased this knowing your policy and expected this LIFE SAVING MEDICATION to come in on time since you know there is a POLICY in place. The antibiotics are fake!! They may have been real at some point but now they are fake pressed placebo. I have called and emailed them 2 times for a refund and have heard nothing back. They aren't taking calls and it's business hours. I now have to find a way to come up with the money for antibiotics else where for my betta fish because my betta fish is now dying due to fin rot and ulcers. I am highly disappointed that not only are they fake, but peoples pets can die from their lack of care. My betta was given the full bottle (30count) of smz/tmp, No difference what ao ever! Be very careful when ordering products from this company. Before the FDA ban on fish antibiotics, this online store used to have authentic antibiotics for a good price. However, this year. There have been issues. One time I ordered azizthromycin 250 mg. Well the first order I got, the pills looked authentic and worked very quickly. As it should. However, I ordered the same product a month later and the pills were white instead of red? Also, they said they have a new supplier, ever since that happened. I've ordered metronidazole and all of the pills were NOT EFFECTIVE! They're selling fake antibiotics because they probably can't find anyone who makes the real stuff anymore. I placed an order on Jan. 6; My credit card company said they were paid on Jan.7(Sunday). They failed to mail on Jan.8 (Monday) as in accordance with. their shipping policy. I get an email on the 9th, telling me to call for verification. I call during what their last email said were their biz hours--no answer-leave a message on machine-no call back. Email them twice-say they will get back to me today. I did not want them to be closed again as they have very limited hours and apparently change , so I called before their initial closing time that was on the first email they sent. Finally got a person- she said I was flagged for placing the order out of country. My vpn always stays within USA. She wants more info--I tell her my Credit card company said no personal info that was not already given in order should be given. She wants me to answer questions; I tell her I cannot commit to answer them without knowing what they are.She never asks any questions except about my bank telling me not to give out anymore info. This goes on and on without a question being asked. Finally I yell at her to ask me the question (to see if I can confirm w/o giving out extra personal info). She said she did not want to deal with me and cancelled the order and emailed me saying I requested the cancellation which I did not ( I was still waiting to see what the questions were). They charged me $35 for overnight delivery and then waited two days to send it "overnight". Needless to say, this company then refused to refund the overnight fee making up some lame excuse about the small print. Don't trust these liars, they are simply out to gouge people out of money. Pro tip: If you do not have insurance and require a basic antibiotic to tide you over until you can sort out an affordable doctor's appointment, fish antibiotics are the exact same thing as people antibiotics. Ordering such a product is much cheaper (and less dicey) than buying meds from Canada or abroad online. This website has what you need for amoxicillin, penicillin, etc. It's not as cheap as a copay with insurance (and a prescription), but it's pretty reasonable all things considered. They also ship quickly and provide good tracking info. I'm in the Washington DC area and just had to search this company out to give it a well deserved review. This company is top notch. I just ordered a 100ct bottle on Friday afternoon (selecting free shipping) and it was shipped the same day and just arrived today, on Monday! It was by the US Postal Service too. 3 days from Utah to DC. I've bought probably 10 bottles or so from them throughout the years, no big deal. I've tried other brands about twice to save like $2-3 and I don't think it was as potent as the brand that they sell. Here's the best part about this company....years ago, I bought my usual bottle of 100ct, put it in the freezer and totally forgot about it. Then my absent-mindedness kicked in and I thought I never received it. I called him up and told him that I never received it. He said it was delivered, but w/o much convincing needed, he just took my word for it and shipped out another bottle the same day. It came real quick, and then when I put it into the freezer, I saw the 1st bottle. I called him up to apologize and to pay for it, I think. I vaguely recalled that he said to just keep it for free. I think I paid for it though. I hoped I did. I doubt he makes a huge profit off of just single bottle purchases...he seemed to be more interested in getting the meds out to me promptly. read more
