Fish Window Cleaning did a fabulous job on our windows at our Walnut Creek office. I had no idea how dirty my windows were until I saw them clean! They did a much better job than the maintenance company. They can even get hard water stains and clean the blinds which is so nice. They did such a great job on my office in Walnut Creek that I am having them out to my home in Dublin to do some power washing to get rid of some of the spots in my garage and front porch. Of course, I will have them do my windows and screens as well. read more

I had higher expectations. I was disappointed in the professionalism. At one point I looked at the ridge between screen that had been wiped and still wet. I dried it with white cloth. It was Filthy. The supervisor kept saying we don't detail. I said I was looking for a good job not detail. I said it was a lazy job. I found dead bugs, spider webs They don't ever use any cleaning solution on sills. For that amount of money in one hour I expected more. I did refuse to pay, but I will. Cause I'm not a deadbeat . I was just too upset to write the check, or to sign off on the job. A lesson learned about good and bad reviews on Yelp. read more

I have lived in my home since 2008 we clean the inside of the windows and occasionally would hose down the outside once in a while. I recently had a major spine surgery which put me on the couch reclined for weeks staring out of my window. My dirty foggy nasty window. Fish came out and cleaned my windows and I can not believe clear all of my windows and screens are now! The gentleman who came to clean the windows educated me about some screens that were frayed and a few seals that need attention as well recommend we adjust a sprinkler head that apparently sprayed one window leaving hard water spots(which they have special products to remove!) He removed his shoes, was respectful of my home. I had looked quickly at most of the windows before he left, but when I walked into the kitchen and felt as if my windows were removed because of how clean they were I rushed out to let him know that omg I didn't know just how dirty they were until they were clean! We have dealt with a number of window cleaners in the past. Most of them were not pleasant experiences. Fish is a huge exception. They even wash and clean the screens and best of all, they cleaned the tracks too!! Woohoo! Paul was very a very nice guy and was very efficient. They're prices are reasonable too. I had these guys come by my office when I first moved in. The windows were filthy... Katie came out, gave a fair quote, and a day later the guys were out there. Nice, hard worker, and got the job mostly done. Katie came by to ensure that I was satisfied. And while the windows were way cleaner and met my standard, she decided that she wanted the windows done even better, and brought the guy back at no charge. I've come to know Katie, and understand her commitment to her customers. She's an amazing person that follows up in every way, and takes the window cleaning business very seriously. This boy came to are house and was cleaning the window when he finished we looked and it wasn't as clean as we would like. So we called them and said it was not done and the windows were still dirty. So the same boy came back and we tried to explain to him that the windows weren't clean, and he comes up with the excuse that we got the windows dirty in one day and he started getting g very rude and disrespectful. So we showed him that the window were dirty and he only did one windows and left. So I really do hope no one wastes their money. Can't praise these people enough. The crew that came to our house were efficient and thorough perfectionists: three young men who "attacked" our screens, windows and Anderson doors with almost-military precision. They arrived on time and were on-task every minute. It might have taken us days to do it on our own. They finished in about 90 minutes. That included the long rows of small windows on our two big garage doors, sliding patio doors, two windows high up in the kitchen, large picture windows, standard bedroom and bathroom windows AND a large, intricate glass chandelier high on a cathedral ceiling that took one of the crew 20 minutes to meticulously clean while standing atop a ladder. Polite and organized. They left every window and screen spotless. They give you an estimate based on an external window count. (Chandelier was extra but well worth it!) read more

This is a franchise so there are many on yelp, and this one was difficult to find. Looked for a Fish yelp for Danville, none found. We had our windows cleaned two weeks ago. They arrived right on time, with squeegees in hand and finished QUICKLY, too quickly. They succeeded in getting the dust off only, as they squeegeed the windows SO FAST, and quickly wiped off the screens. They may have ran a rag down the tracks. Anything hardened DID NOT come off the windows as one swipe could not possibly remove all of the tiny hardened bug/debris spots. I would not recommend this window cleaning company. The receipt says, "Gratuity Not Included". As yelp says, Eek! Me thinks not! read more

They arrived at my house early in their bright, well-marked red van. They quickly popped the screens off and went to work. They started with the highest, most difficult area first. It required a very tall ladder be propped on a bit of a hill and they successfully handled that. They also easily walked on top of our patio cover, which is not the easiest either. One of their window cleaners, I believe his name was Charlie, was very personable. He was enthusiastic and quickly gave the top of our garden window a second try so it was perfectly clean. He shared with me they were one of the top offices and you could see he was proud of his work. Our windows look so much better. I should have had them come out sooner! read more

Needed gutters cleaned and informed schedule, and then on-site service rep, that I had a lot of fallen leaves on my roof that would need to be dealt with . . "no problem . . we will take care of them". The workers proceeded to blow the leaves off my roof as they blew out my gutters. Now it's cleanup time and they proceeded to blow all the wet and dry leaves behind or under anything they could find, including the edge of my deck, into my planters, behind my trash containers, all over rock covered planters. When asked why they were not collecting and disposing of the leaves I was told they don't provide that service as they carry no rakes, brooms, bags, or a leaf vacuum . . they said they normally just blow the debris into the planters and away from the immediate house area. I was told that my yard and planter areas were kept so immaculate that it made their normal 'spreading of debris everywhere' more of an eyesore. I had called their office and voiced my dissatisfaction but received no followup. read more
