Nice guys, prompt, good price (if satisfied) My windows did not come out great. The deal was to clean glass, screens and tracks. All they do is a quick wipe with a towel on the screen and a quick wipe in the channel (skips 90% of channel) The glass has hard water stains still and bug/bird residues, dirt is still in tracks. Here is the benefit of the doubt for Mark: The windows had not been cleaned in years. And after I notified Mark he offered to come back. I refused the redo as I believe he should have done it right the first time. This service may be good as a maintenance cleaning. So if you clean windows every 6 mos. this is fair, I would prefer 100.00 if every 6 mos. read more

I requested a quote through Yelp and received a call almost immediately. The rate was fair and Mark offered to come out same day. Very professional, assured me that if he found problems with my gutters that he would send me photos and promised the cost of the work wouldn't be over the quote. Mark and his son came out promptly after we called to schedule an appointment. They did our house in an hour & a half (3000 sq ft.). It was great work, however it cost $670!! When I called in shock (because it was nearly triple what we've paid in the past with other companies) he was very cheerful and explained that they use special brushes and had to do several panes by hand because they were too small for the squeegee. $100 extra for getting up on a ladder, too. We've had men do difficult physical labor for us and I bet they would have been psyched to make a quarter of Mark's hourly wage! Way too expensive. read more

It started raining last night and this morning I found my gutters overflowing. I happened to be working from home today hoped someone might be able to come out same day. I found Pane in the Glass via a NextDoor neighbor recommendation and called right away. Mark called me back quickly and arranged to come over same day. My gutters are tricky because I have the screwed in type of gutter guards (birds LOVE my gutters) - so it makes it challenging to clean. He was able to clear the blocked gutters and installed a gutter pump so they would't get clogged again. I am pleased with the quick service, quick resolution of my problem, and reasonable price. I am hoping this lasts a while, but I will be calling Mark if I have any issues in the future. read more

I thought about calling other companies for quotes, but I decided I like the name of this company so I just called back and gave him the job. The guys came out this morning... 3 Cal students I think. They arrived early, busted their butts and finished our 2000+ sq ft house in about an hour. They were professional, hardworking and polite. I've never hired window cleaners before so wasn't sure what to expect. They did the inside/outside and screens. Our windows look fab. For $200 it was definitely worth saving me and my husband the time and hassle. I'd recommend these guys in a second. read more

Extremely happy with the service I received here. With all the rain we have been having, I was tired of having water streaming down from my gutters. I called Pane In the Glass hoping to have someone come out asap and the owner, Mark, was really helpful and said he could come out first thing the next morning. Since I had to work and was not at the house, he texted me pictures of the blockages before and after and I spoke with him when the job was complete. What a rip off! Pane in the Glass advertises gutter cleaning but what does that actually mean? It means that they brush the gutters off and do not clean the debris out of the actual gutter. I was charged $150.00 for 30 minutes of what I thought was gutter cleaning. I was shocked when I realized that the gutters had only been surface cleaned for $150.00. The owner was indignent when called for an explanation. I would never ever use this company for anything again. Great way for the owner to make easy money, and so sad that the homeowner was mislead and now has to hire another company to do the job. With a large storm coming in two days and a "waterfall" over our garage during the past rain storms, we knew we needed our two-story home gutters cleaned out. After searching Yelp we found Pane in the Glass. I called this morning thinking our chances were slim to none to get anyone out. To my amazement, Mark was not only available TODAY but arrived within 1 hour of my initial phone call. He explained what would be done then cleaned the gutters and installed two gutter pumps to keep the water flowing into the downspouts when debris builds up. The owner Mark was hired to clean gutters at our home. I approved purchase and installation of 4 gutter pumps. He completed the job however one never worked properly and when asked to come back and correct it, he demanded more money and would not return phone calls. This is still unresolved. read more
