We used them for exterior window cleaning. I felt the website and representative mislead me into thinking they cleaned all windows using squeegee, ladders, and towels. They do not. They use a brush attached to a pole. The windows are supposed to dry without spots. This is mostly true, but they do spot around the bottom. The crew was kind of clownish. They left for lunch with our water still running and cleaning pole leaning on our home. This caused an excess water situation that was quite a mess to clean up. In addition, they left coffee cups laying around our yard. We would not use them again. read more

My wife hired these people to clean windows when she seen their vehicle in our neighborhood. She hired them to clean outside windows and screens. Today they come out to do the job. I noticed window screens being put back on without getting water off the window. When my wife bought it to their attention she was told the chemicals they use do not leave water spots. She was also told that one or two windows had hard water spots and it would cost another $75 to get that off because of the chemical they have to use. Personally I would not hire them again. Fish Window Cleaning did a fantastic job of cleaning my windows, (inside and outside), and transom window on my second story condo. The windows had not been cleaned in over 3 years. He also cleaned the ceiling fans in my 11 foot tall living room and bedroom. Mo was punctual, friendly, respectful, careful, and most importantly, no messes. This small family-owned business took on the job of washing my windows when no one else would. I live on the third floor of a mid-rise building and could not get anyone to do my windows. I finally found FISH WINDOW CLEANING and they gave me a very reasonable bid. They did the work within a few days and my windows look GREAT! The young man who did the work was so polite and professional. It is nice to see someone take pride in what they do. I have now set up a contract with them to do my windows every three months. Great service!! My wife had a party and needed our windows cleaned within 2 days. These guys made it happen and they were super busy. We have a 3 story house and they did a superb job. I didn't realize my windows were so dirty until these guys cleaned them. They were also very professional and very polite. This company must have too much business and an inability to handle it. That's the only explanation I can think of. From start to finish it was a disaster dealing with them. I should have known when no one answered the phone for several days when I called to get a quote.... I should've known when after speaking to a sales person I had to follow up to get the quote. I am an understanding person and usually give the benefit of the doubt, but this time I wish I hadn't. I had a home with all new windows I needed cleaned to list for sale. I specifically told them I needed all the stickers removed (an additional $90). The crew was more than an hour and half late - left without finishing the project - stickers still on the windows. When I arrived back the following day and saw the job they had done, I was told they didn't have my phone number- what?! And that I needed to sign a waiver so that they could use razor blades to remove the stickers. Why they didn't send that to me at the onset just further demonstrates their disorganization and unprofessional handling of their business. They sent a crew back out, but the crew stole my paper towel holder - no idea why, and left little pieces of stickers for me to pick out of the carpet. When someone called me about the bill I told her I'd pay but that I was really unhappy and the realtor that recommended them was also and unlikely to do so again. She seemed shocked and apologized and said she was sure the owner would call me, but he never did. Maybe they could only find my phone number when it was time to collect the money. read more
