It caused the motor to draw too much current and overheated which triggered the heat sensor to shut off the gas heater. So just had cold air moving through the ducts. Installed a new capacitor and issue fixed! I'm sure I was lucky getting a service call so quickly but only took 3 hours from the time I called to getting heater working. Nice job and price was reasonable.

Daniel came this afternoon and got straight to work. He asked several times if I had called the builder, as the unit is barely two years old. I knew the manufacturer warranty is 5 years, but I had read my builder warranty and it said two years through them (which expired just a month ago). His insistence made me go ahead and call my builder while he was chasing down the leak. Sure enough, they said they'll take care of it through the vendor. Daniel's trip out here still wasn't cheap, but this company obviously isn't out to make a buck that isn't honest. George is the hands down the best Heating and AC Contractor in the area. On Sunday our AC went…read moreout (94 degrees) outside. I called company A due to their outstanding Yelp reviews. They came out immediately to diagnose the problem for a fee of $139. The problem was a leaky coil. Their cost to replace was $4,200. I immediately knew I was being gouged and said no thank you. I then called George; He came out the next day to confirm the problem and size the replacement coil. Tuesday morning, he was out at 8:30 am and replaced the coil, recharged the system etc. all for $2,800. It is really hard to find honest companies, that wont take advantage of you. George is certainly one of them.

I hired Sergio Aguirre to repair my AC on July 1st after he was recommended by a family member…read more Because of that recommendation, I trusted him to do quality work. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The AC in my home was blowing but not cooling, and with toddlers in the house, it can quickly become unbearable. We hadn't previously agreed on a time because my family member had only told him that our ac was out, but Sergio and I hadn't spoken yet. The morning that he came, I received around 11 phone calls starting at about 7:00 AM because Sergio wanted to come immediately. I was not awake at that time yet due to poor sleep but I woke up a few minutes after. Sergio insisted that he should work immediately and so I agreed. Sergio informed us that the reason it wasn't cooling was definitely due to a poor breaker causing the issue and so I agreed to let him swap it because I trusted he knew what he was doing. My husband wasn't around at the time but he later mentioned that it was very unlikely that it was an electrical problem since the whole unit was running, just not blowing cold. Before he left, he repeatedly pushed and pressured me to leave him a review even though I was noticeably busy with my daughters. He also encouraged me to download and review him on Nextdoor neighbor app and said he would text me to make sure I did. While he had my phone, he even selected a five star rating for himself. Since he assured me the AC was fixed, I believed the job was complete. Within about 15 minutes of him leaving, my husband checked the unit outside and found that the fan was not working and the house continued getting hotter. We had to call Sergio back because the original problem had not been fixed. Due to him being heavily vouched by a family member, I trusted him to work on the ac while we left to an appointment because he said he could only do it at that time. When I returned, I was shocked by the condition of my bathroom. There was black debris splattered across the walls, ceiling, mirror, medicine cabinet, toilet, and bathroom door. The bathroom had been clean with no issues before he arrived. Instead of cleaning up after himself, the mess was left for us to deal with. The photos attached to this review show exactly what was left behind. To make matters worse, Sergio told me that I needed to clean it because it could damage the walls if it stayed there. I have never had a contractor leave my home in this condition. Professional service includes cleaning up after the job not leaving the homeowner to do it especially when it's in this condition. After paying over $500, the AC still wasn't fixed and the bathroom he worked in was a disaster. Because the house was too hot for my children, I had to leave and stay at my sister's house until we could get it repaired. In the end the repair Sergio was hired to complete was ultimately incomplete and done by someone else. After the AC was fixed, I contacted Sergio to let him know we no longer needed him to return and requested a refund since the AC had not been repaired. I also asked for a breakdown of the $500 because I wanted to understand what I was paying for. My messages requesting a discount and an explanation were ignored. Overall, we paid $500, the AC was never repaired by Sergio, I was pressured into leaving a five-star review, my bathroom was left covered in debris, and I had to pay with my own time and effort to clean up the mess and arrange for someone else to fix the problem. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews and I usually don't but I feel like it was well deserved this time and Sergio's future potential clients should at least be made aware.

When I asked about the part number they said we don't know and also they refused to provide labor and materials break down. At the end they charged me $275 for Nothing. I hired another company and after inspection they said the outside condenser was dirty and they clean and serviced the AC and replaced the filter for $190. They're not a honest company and I'll clam this on the contractor license board .
