FISH Window Cleaning responded asap to my request for quote and literally was able to schedule for the following week. My tech Nick was at the door to my building 2 minutes before appointment time. He was courteous, followed all safety protocols, efficient and did an amazing job. What normally takes me three hours to do, he completed in 45 minutes and he left floors and decks immaculate from any dripped water. I used their special offer on getting my second floor windows cleaned. It was very easy to book and on going communication was great. On the day, a young guy (didn't catch his name) arrived on time and got to work. He did a great job and there were certain windows which his boss to come due to the complexity who came and climbed the roof and washed them. We were surprised how much a difference it made after the windows and screen were cleaned. They also had a special filter that stopped the hard water from the taps from leaving marks on the windows. Excellent people! We'll definitely have them back every year; better than cleaning windows myself like my parents made me do. We had them out to clean some very dirty solar panels a few months ago. Their pricing was great and they left our panels looking shiny new. While they were here they mentioned that they also did window cleaning, and after another very reasonable bid we had them back out to do that too. The team was great - very careful, did a fantastic job, and pointed out where they weren't able to perfectly clean windows (the inside of a fogged dual pane and a couple of very old windows with paint spatter). Amusingly, while they were here for window cleaning they mentioned that they also cleaned solar panels ... which have gotten very dusty in the past month. I must say I was a little leery of the job I was going to get for the low price quoted. I called them from an ad I'd seen on Facebook. I got hooked by the price. I made an appointment and the team, headed by a wonderful guy Orlando, came during the scheduled time. They reviewed what they were going to do and got right to it. Cleaned all the tracks, screens and windows. They were fast and efficient. They finished 15 windows inside and out in about 2 hours. Orlando explained if he had a problem and how he would resolve it. We moved into our new home, out in the country on March 1st. It's a large older home on farm land. We have million dollar views but the windows were filthy. We received a cold call from Fish window cleaning at my business and while I didn't need their services at my business, I asked if they were interested in traveling to Gilroy to clean the windows at my house. Cici said they would visit and give me an estimate. They showed up "on time" and gave me the estimate. It was very reasonable and we had a deal. They made a second trip to actually do the work and I must say that I can now see the views as I should. These windows required extra cleaning. They were really bad. Our windows had not been washed in decades, but Cici came out the same day I called her and gave me a very competitive quote. The team came out the next week and did an absolutely outstanding job. I only wish I had thought to take before and after pictures! The washers were on time, professional, friendly and totally knew what they were doing. At one point, there was a bit of an accident - not the worker's fault at all - but one of the guys showed me about some minor damage that had occurred. When she arrived she explained that I had more panels than stated in my estimate and gave me a very reasonable updated quote. They worked for almost two hours. This is about a year overdue, but I will never forget Fish Windows. I was moving out of our rental, and the shower door had accumulated a lot of build-up, though I had tried to keep it under control with white vinegar when we were living there. The landlord was withholding deposit until we fixed it, so I called Fish windows and she came out that day and worked so hard to make it shine perfectly clear.
