All I can say is WOW! This team was so meticulous. Our windows (2 story) haven't been really cleaned in about 20 years. They were very responsive, and had a quote and an appointment set for the next day. When they came, they rang the doorbell, then gave like 15 feet of space so we could talk and was wearing a mask. The men both did an awesome job, and both get extra kudos for interacting with our kids who were fascinated watching the guys clean the windows and screens (even on a ladder doing the second story). We hadn't ever had our windows or any aspect regarding the windows cleaned since we moved in five years ago. It was long overdo and cobweb city over here. The owner was really flexible in trying to get his team to our house as soon as possible which I appreciated but due to my vacations and work schedule we had to stick to a farther out date like I'd anticipated. But I appreciated him trying to fit me in sooner. The two guy team was right on time and worked really quickly. One managed the inside and the other the outside. We had the whole shebang cleaned: window glass, screens, and the frame area. Everything looks 1,000 times better and I'm not embarassed to have people over for the upcoming holidays now. The only little thing issue was the work areas weren't totally cleaned up after they left. There were some stray dirty water stains on some of my wooden shades around my windows, and my sink in the laundry room was full of dirty soap water. Just little things I had to tend to after. However I still would use this company again because I thought the outcome was great and the price was fair. I was impressed at some of the windows I didn't think they'd be able to reach and they did have to deal with very dirty windows so I appreciated everything despite a not totally clean house at the end. read more

I'm embarrassed to share that in the four years we've lived at our house, we've never washed all of the windows, cleaned out the gutters, or washed the solar panels. Our neglect is unfortunate for the guys at The Window Washer but very fortunate for us to find their service. They did a ** fantastic** job. Jim got in touch quickly after contacting them through Yelp, and we were able to arrange a time even with relatively short notice. Jose and his crew arrived on time, jumped right in, and a couple of hours later, our windows looked brand new. We have sliding glass doors that collect cat hair, but they're spotless now. The shiny solar panels are producing more (lesson learned), and the gutters are ready for the winter rain. It was a little difficult to get onto their schedule, but I wasn't in a hurry, so I didn't mind the wait. They called when they had a cancellation and were able to clean my windows earlier than expected. Jose + 2 guys cleaned the inside/outside of windows, the tracks, and the screens. They were professional, fast, and even wore booties over their shoes. I will use them again for my spring cleaning next year, they did a great job! Great service by Jose and his peer- arrived on time, washed our windows and screens and cleaned out the leaves and small twigs that were stuck in our slider rails so that now when we close the sliding door it doesn't squeak!!! My real estate agent setup a window cleaning with this company in preparation for selling my rental property. While the quality of the window cleaning was good, my overall experience with the company was poor. Basically, we received an estimate of $170-190 for window cleaning of my 3 bedroom/2 bath home. After the service was completed, I was informed that the amount I owed was $250, so $60-80 more than the estimate. It's not so much the money that disappointed me, but the overall handling of me as the customer. I was not notified beforehand that there would be an increase in price and was only told after the work was completed. Why? I spoke to my real estate agent and Jim, and they both said that there was an overspray of paint on the windows which required additional time and effort to complete. Jim made an executive decision to complete the additional work. Jim told me that he tried calling my agent when they discovered that there was more work to be done but my agent was not reachable by phone. Ok, that's fair, however, as the customer it still does not feel right that I received a bill higher than the estimate without prior notice. I asked Jim if he would be willing to split the difference (meaning, I pay half the difference and he pays half the difference) but he was not willing. To me, this is just bad business. If things don't go right, I think the company should make things right. At least that's how I was taught people should run a business if they want return customers. Jim explained that his estimate is usually accurate and this was an exception to his estimates. Okay, if that is the case, then why would you not cover part of the incorrect estimate? Based on principle, the transaction just didn't seem right. As a reader of this post, you can make your own judgment. In summary, the work was quality (windows were cleaned), but I paid more than expected and was not happy with the customer service. read more

I called The Window Washer Company based on Yelp's reviews and scheduled the job over the phone with Jim, his prices are reasonable and everything worked out great. Phil cleaned all of our windows and did an amazing job, breezing through the job making it look so simple. His name should be Mr Magic because everything looks so clean and spotless. He came on time at 8:00AM, started working and cleaned all of our windows, skylights, sliding glass doors, mirrors and shower doors. He wore shoe covers inside the house without me asking which is a huge plus since I have rosewood, granite and carpet floors. Some time ago, Phil had mentioned that we should contact Milgard to have one of our windows replaced. On his last visit, he not only mentioned it again - he walked me through the whole process of what to expect, wrote down their number for me, and basically made it a no-brainer for me to get the ball rolling. Well, Milgard's been out to replace our large bedroom window now - for free - and we finally have our beautiful view of the foothills back! I had no idea that we could have a free replacement, or that it would be so relatively easy to get it done. Phil went out of his way to provide me with that information. That's the kind of customer service I'm talking about - part professional consulting, part coaching and part counselor. Not standard protocol, or some customer service checklist. Just had our windows cleaned today. They did a fabulous job! They take care to do a quality job, cleaning inside and out and even cleaned the window frames! They have a special device to clean the screens as well. They carefully took off all the screens and ran them through this cleaner that really cleans them well. I cannot rave more about the quality of their work. Also, arrived a few minutes early, waited to ring my door bell exactly at the time they said they would be here. Oh. My. Gosh. They are great! Our windows were disgusting and Jose and his crew came out and made them beautiful so quickly. Tracks, screens and inside and outside of windows clean as can be. They even cleaned off the little ledges we have in the outside of our windows. We had them check our gutters too but they weren't too bad so he just blew out the few leaves and didn't charge us. We were referred to The Window Washer by a good friend whose recommendations we trust. I scheduled my window washing for February 20th and I can't say enough good things about this company and it's owner, Jim, and his business partner, Phil. Phil came out from Manteca and did an amazing job! I can't remember the last time my windows had been washed (color me 'embarrassed'!), so it took Phil a little longer on my windows. Probably the best thing is that track cleaning is included in the price! Phil did the insides, outsides, tracks, and screens of my windows and sliding doors and they came out crystal clear! If you count your time as valuable, this is the best deal going! Jim and Phil are both professional and friendly. I plan to have my windows done again in late summer. Oh, a bonus: Phil will rescreen any of your screens that have holes or become too brittle after years in the elements. He can also replace bent screen frames. Phil showed up on time and ready to work. The appointment was for having the windows washed, the garage floor, driveway & walkway to be pressure washed. He started at 8:30 and finished much later than he expected. But, he never complained and he never tried to rush through any part of the job. The windows are cleaner than I've ever seen them - the frames are clean and the glass is spotless. He spent most of his time on the pressure washing. I told him I was planning to paint the garage floor with the 2-part epoxy. About 20 min before he started, I prep'ed the floor with a degreaser and spot treated some of the worse spots, but didn't really try to pre-clean the floor. He took his time and thoroughly cleaned the garage floor. And, it took a lot of work to get it done. Phil never tried to rush through the process On the front driveway / walkway, there was 20 years worth mold and organic material embedded in the concrete. It was remarkable the before and after where he pressure washed. And, like the garage, it took a lot longer than he expected. But, he never rushed trough it. I will be using The Window Washer annually from now on. The most remarkable this is that the price was "flat rate". Even though the job took about twice as long as they expected, the price stayed at the quoted rate. I've been using Jim and his team since 2003. Last time they came out was 2015, so my windows and screens were really dirty! I called on Monday, Jim's voicemail said they were booked 6 weeks out, but I didn't care and left a message anyways. He called me back later that day saying he had a cancellation for the upcoming Wednesday...SCORE! He sent Jose and another guy. They arrived at 7:30am and were done and gone by 9:30am. As Far As Getting a negative review from Kim D Has Only Been The First In Two Years But We Did Not Clean Her Windows. Me and my co worker Jose, had not even started the job before she called Jim and said she was uncomfortable with me. Jim and Jose told her that she could send us away with no hard feelings. ( Kim D stated in her review that i was low experienced). How? If i did not clean her windows! I have Two years experience and have received numerous compliments over the last two years. Kim D has no knowledge of my abilities nor did she even allow us to start.. I have a guarantee on our work. If we miss something, we fix asap when we finish up. Jim did not chew out Jose, but did tell him that if HE felt UNCOMFORTABLE with Kim D, that he could excuse himself and decline not to do her job. Jose felt uncomfortable, so he left. As far as talking loud, jim has an ear infection. Kim D was not happy with Jose & Me when we got there. We don't elect to do jobs for someone who doesn't like us as well as disrespecting before we even start. Sorry that Kim D didn't give us as the employees a bit of respect and trust our workmanship.
