This is not the first time that we had Wash Me Windows wash our sunroom windows but it will be the…read morelast. The arrival window was 12:30 -1, they arrived at 1:10. Close. When Colton arrived he verified what they would be doing. I said the sunroom windows inside and out and the gutters and the small amount of siding that was there. (I had already given this info when I made the appointment!) Then one of the crew went to the window in the front of the house and attempted to remove the screen! I stopped him. I had to tell them 3 times what needed to be done. They did not wash the glass door leading into the house. I feel that they should have washed at least the side that was facing inside of the sunroom because, to me, that is part of the room. I had 3 Command hooks on the windows to hold suncatchers. They removed 2 without asking me first. They left one. I don't know why. They moved the outdoor windchimes that were on a stand and never put them back. THEY DID NOT LATCH THE YARD GATE SECURELY WHEN THEY LEFT!! I'M GLAD I CHECKED THE GATE BEFORE MY DOG DID!! They left a sign on the grass without asking first if it was ok to do so. They left muddy footprints in the room! They did not do a good job wiping the track for the door or the windows. They left a squeegee in the flowerbed. They were packing up to leave and I went into the room and all the screens and the door and door screen were still wet. He did dry them when I complained. When they left, the windows did look cleaner then when they arrived but I don't think the service was as good as it was a year ago. Maybe I should have stayed in the room and supervised them?

As a senior citizen, I felt financially mugged by the technician who told me I'd neglected my gutters and they were falling off the house. This after another company had told me they were in excellent shape to add gutter guards to. When I called to complain, I was spoken down to repeatedly, even after I said twice that I had run two of my own small businesses and understood that the $200 an hour I was charged did not all go to the technician. I was also again told how terrible a shape my house was in. It was obvious we were in different universes and that was confirmed when I did not get the invoice or photos I asked for.
