Thank you for your response. There is some misinformation in this response, however. When I spoke to the owner, Scott the day prior, he mentioned that there would be a crew of 3 people in my house for 3 hours beginning at 12 pm. The crew was late, showing up near 12:30 and I was told they had to leave at 2, this is an hour and a half, not the three hours I was promised. I understand that you can't do a six-hour job in 2.5 hours, but this was your scheduling error, not mine. I was never offered to have my house cleaned the rest of the job for free. Your crew left the house a mess, there was no declining; Kristin just kept telling me why I didn't understand her job, which was not helpful. I was also never offered my money back or even a discount for such shoddy service. Scott said, "I'll tell you what, when you are in your new house, we will come do a cleaning for free." Not the same as problem-solving that day and offering to finish the rest of the job. If someone offered to stay and clean, I would have been thrilled since my husband and I had to scramble to get cleaning supplies in our already empty house and clean it ourselves. If there was an offer to clean the rest of the existing house for free, that option was not presented to me. I had a final walk through the hour after (which I scheduled based on Scott's information from the day prior), so I had no time to reschedule a crew to come on another day. He or Kristin didn't offer this to me. I understand that the Amazon service is new and you are a new business still learning. This isn't an excuse for poor customer service. I understand you trying to say this situation was rectified, but it certainly was not. If this had been handled differently, you would likely have a new customer instead of someone so disappointed that she will never entertain using your company again. read more

We decided to change cleaning services, and couldn't have been more impressed with Tidy Up. The scheduling process was smooth and clear, the management staff were courteous and a pleasure to speak with, and then there was our assigned cleaning support "Sam". Following Sam's extremely thorough job of cleaning our 5 bedroom home, I seriously didn't think our home would ever be as clean as it was when she left. Amazing!!! An absolute sweet personality, and while she cleaned with a smile, she asked if there was anything more she could do while cleaning our home. Thank you Sam and thank you Tidy Up! They were great! I recently hired someone else and wasn't too thrilled. I decided to try Tidy Up and they did an awesome job!
