The worker was going a little fast down the street (it was very foggy) and because we all have to stand on the street because the sidewalk is not plowed, it's a safety issue...so the other mom just merely put her arms up to signal like "WTH slow down". Well, the worker stopped his van and got out of the car and was screaming and swearing at us, and I told him to get back in his van and it is totally uncalled for to yell at two women in front of the children. But he would not stop. Then eventually he got back in his work van, after he saw the bus coming. We called the company and let them know of the situation and asked for the owner to call us back. Never got a call back. Instead, the secretary called back and said "he was just having a bad day". Really? Thats an awful excuse for your enraged worker who verbally attacked two women who had children present.

My dingy, pet stained carpet looks practically new with no chemical or heavy perfumed smells. I also had George clean my white tile foyer (which I hate) with grout that was formerly white and was now brown. I have tried scrubbing and bleaching the grout and never could get it clean, but George restored the grout back to the original white! I couldn't believe my eyes! It looks brand new! A pipe burst in my basement on a Sunday morning. I called several well known restoration companies…read moreand had to leave messages. Nu-Gen actually answered the phone! They came within an hour. Then sent a crew to mitigate damages immediately. Sean was the "crew". He worked so hard and quickly tearing out soaked padding and carpet, setting up fans and plastic walls to contain the area. Ni-Gen has been over everyday to ensure the humidity etc was going down. Very professional and great customer service.

And we are still dealing with the damage they caused and trying to get a resolution for their completely inflated, unnecessary charges and unnecessary demolition. The renovation is still not complete due to all the out of pocket expenses we have incurred to put our home back together. We have had 2 other restoration companies as well as 5 adjusters verify that what they did in our home was completely unnecessary to midigate my pipe burst. Nugen assured us they would work with the insurance company to get all damages and reconstruction covered. They did absolutely nothing but make the situation worse with the insurance company with their arrogance and refusal to speak with them. We are left with a lean on our home after 90 days and out of pocket expenses of over $10,000. As if dealing with a broken pipe is not enough, Nugen will just make a very stressful and horrible situation worse. I have found that we are not the only one they have done this to. PLEASE! Dont let them into your home! I would not want anyone else to have to go through what we have and still are going through with Nugen, a year later!
