Wow wow wow! This is my family & I's favourite fish store in the area. My son is allergic to dogs and sensitive to other animals so of course he ends up with a fish. The owner Chris goes above and beyond to offer his help in searching for our blood parrot fish! We recently set up a 55 Gal tank with blood parrots and he is not only very knowledgeable about fish; all of his fish are healthy and lively! We have gone to ALL the fish stores in the inland empires and this is the only one I would recommend. Anyone can sell anything but to have a true caring and understanding let alone a willingness to be going above and beyond with explanations of why and how to take care of these fish is absolutely unmatched. Went into the store for the first time, purchased a few Discus, bristle nose albino pleco, Siamese algae eater and a pink belly side neck turtle. Spent a mini fortune in the store. I was told the turtle is perfectly fine in the aquarium with the fish I'm buying and is totally aquatic no need for a dock. Everything was going good however 67 hours after purchase the turtle had died. The store has a 48 hour policy of which I knew but I called the store anyhow because of the cost of the turtle and they basically said too bad. When I told them it had only been 19 hours after the 48 hour rule the owner didn't care. I have been in business for 30 years and sometimes there need to be an exception to the rules. Unfortunately I will not be shopping at this store again. People have absolutely no compassion. They would rather see a potential loss in customers/sales. So future customers understand there is no leniency so make your purchased wisely. read more

This fish store is my new go to. The owner (Chris) has a passion for the hobby and enjoys answering any questions you have. His stock of fish are healthy and active. You won't be disappointed by the quality. He also does custom orders too which is clutch when looking for a specific fish. His store is clean and well taken care of. I have already picked up a sailfin pleco and a Livingstonii hap as shown in the pics. He has some top notch fish food as well. I will be coming here again! Drove 35 minutes to get here. The store wasn't even open and no one ever showed up. We ended up just leaving and doing the 35 minute drive home. Maybe update your hours so people don't plan their whole day around this. It's common courtesy. The other people waiting outside the store ended up getting mad and leaving too. read more

If you want to start your little aquarium, this is the place to go. The owner Chris was very helpful. I went in looking to start a coral, and he helped me with the tank, and gave me step by step instructions on how to start my new hobby. The store has everything you need, and if not in stock he will order what you need promptly. Great customer service. The day I went to buy my tank, I had to go get sea water from a different store. That store customer service was below par as I was treated poorly and worker was condescending when asking about the water compare to Fish World where the owner was patient with my questions. He is very passionate about his work and feels like he wants others to have a great experience with adding a fish to the family. Highly recommend this place. read more
