The owner is very knowledgeable when it comes to discus, angelfish and guppies and emphasizes that his fish (at least discus, angelfish and guppies) are not imported and shipped in but rather he raises and breeds them acclimating them to local conditions and water quality over generations. His store may not be the most pristine but his fish are top notch. Always nice to stop by and chat with him and make a small purchase when we're in the area. Chris was super knowledgeable and gave all the instructions on what we would need to do to take care of the new puffer fish that we bought. They welcomed us back to have the water quality checked after a few days from set up. They gave instructions on what temp the tank should be and what and how often to feed the fish.
