Great guys and very knowledgeable! Open seven days a week. They have the healthiest plants and fish at reasonable prices.

Again thank you Jason and Sean. You made my daughters whole day. She's been sitting in front of that mantis shrimp tank since we got it set up. (She even brought the ice chest so she'd have something to sit on) 5 stars again! As always jason still has wonderful, healthy coral and fish. Hadn't been in over a year and was shocked when I walked in with the remodel. It looks great. So happy we decided to stop by. Thanks afain Yes Jason is a smart ass (sorry Jason ). But he knows his shit. He saved my tank. I have a small nano 20 gallon reef that is considered a Picasso tank. It has the best of the best in it and it got nuked, I thought I was going to loose everything. I didn't even loose a snail. His prices are great, fish are healthy. Store isn't cluttered which is deff a plus in my book because I hate small cluttered stores. He is one of the only shops around that carries Red Sea coral PRO water already mixed. And his partner in crime over there Sean knows what he's talking about as well, never a bad experience. And have never had a problem taking my clan of kids (3 of them) in there because I don't let them bang on tanks.

Death....death and filth in all the aquariums. Very sad. It's apparent this guy has been dead awhile!

He is knowledgeable but doesn't really have a selection of saltwater fish. And tanks aren't very clean.

All the fish are in good condition! And I love fish and I recommend the fish! But they do get expensive.

We've been going to that other "smart" store for over five years to have our dog's nails trimmed…read more Ever since, they've told us that we can just walk in and they will do the trim. The most we've ever had to wait is about 15 to 20 minutes. Today, was no different, walked in at 10:15a, let them know that we needed a nail trim, the associate said that the earliest they can get us in was not till 12 PM without an appointment. An appointment? I explained to them that in the five years we've been going to them for nail grinds (which is pretty frequent) we've never had to make an appointment. That's when she said that making appointment has always been in place. So, I walked out, came over to The Good Dog. The General Manager greeted us, even while working with another customer. Listening how he handled the other two customers in front of us (who appeared to be regulars) set the tone that this is a friendly place that we want to be a part of. You know, it's like "Cheers," you wanna go where everyone knows your name! Well, they were able to get us in right away. They advised we typically do not need to make an appointment for nail grind, but to simply call up to make sure they are not busy at the moment, otherwise can get in quickly. I think that's reasonable, fair enough AND smart! "Thanks, Good Dog!"

They offered medical wipes for my dog's injury and a complete re-grooming with a different groomer. I chose not to continue patronage, but the offer and continued open communication was very appreciated. Original Review: This is the first time I've been to this location and decided to go here due to the large number of good reviews. They were able to fit my appointment in very last minute, less than 24hrs notice, super friendly staff, and lots of merchandise. Also great cut options avaliable for someone new, trying to figure out what a new groomer can do with a new client. Asked them to brush his teeth and grind his nails, to which they accomplished (at least his breath smells better). With that said, I was told they would contact me 20 minutes before he's ready for pickup, they did not. They messaged me when he was done. No big deal. When I picked him up, immediately noticed the uneven cut job. As we're driving home, noticed A BUNCH of dirt left in his coat. Makes me question if they bathed him, and if they did, they didnt do a good thorough job. Also started to notice the uneven cut throughout his body, from his stomach where they left bunches of fur, to his back, which seemed as though they used two sizes for razors. They cut him (most likely by accident) but just reinforces my suspicion that they rushed through his entire "grooming". For the $100 package, counting $15 for dental/nail grinding, I can't say I'm not disappointed. Unfortunately, will not be coming back. Sincerely disappointed :( I will have to bathe him again, give him a complete haircut, and finish areas they didnt even attempt too, such as the hair under his nose going into his mouth.

I didn't think his birthday road trip would go this late but I should've known with California traffic on Fridays. We got ourselves greeted warmly, other patrons in the store are also super friendly so it wasn't stressful for my dog. Obviously the store has a great variety of pet food, from novelty snacks, freeze dried, canned, desserts, all the way to the high end raw nutritious meat. The staff that day, Amanda, kindly walked us through their vast selection, so thank you for that! We decided to go with smaller canned food to stock up and bought a few snacks for the road, but Amanda gave us a free bag of dry topper. So nice of her! Thank you for your kindness, you made his birthday road trip dearly memorable! -red.

They had a red one, and a black one, I did not go too far into the food section. Their brushes looked promising. I ended up getting the Beef Bites Treats by Vital Essentials. I'm very satisfied with the smooth opening and closing of the bag. Better than other treat bags. Better than other treats. Anyways, as I was saying Marble, tried the treats he liked it. He didn't go crazy for it like he does for some other treats. It takes him a second to eat it during training. Overall I may not get another treat from Vital Essentials. And the pricing of it was overpriced. It was $18.31. I see how it's more than others because it's freeze dried raw. But overall I wasn't the biggest fan of it. The toys at Protein For Pets looked like my pup would have a good time. I also saw some chew toys. I was satisfied with that section. But I didn't come for that. So I only glanced at it. There was some good pricing. Like the cat churu look alike it was only ¢99 very cheap. Although I didn't test the product. I'm sure it was good. The birthday cakes. I'm sure marble will love for his birthday when we go again. Overall it's a nice clean store. I can't wait to rewrite this review -Kimberly & soon to be Marble
