They can't get over my behavior, and I can't get over theirs. One big concern about them is that they're a corporate owned clinic. That usually means their first concern is how much money they can scalp off a customer. After they've figured out how much money they stand to bill, they prioritize the customers. That's the corporate way. As a corporate owned clinic, they're better than most of their sort, but still an uncomfortable place for me and my dogs. As a former breeder/exhibitor of champion Yorkshire Terriers, I have A LOT of experience with veterinarians and proper customer service.
