So we never had a problem with them for many years but ever since Shiela left (who handled the billing), they've been double charging even after getting the card removed from their auto pay system. My bank has not been helpful so if we do not hear back from them, we will pursue legal matters. read more

I gave them my business.. I pay on time... the pool started turning green early summer 2023. For 5 weeks they never bothered to bring it to my attention.. I called them no less than 30 times in the last 2 months ( end of august now). They rarely respond to the calls. If they pick the phone answer. It is usually with no update..... if they say they will go and check the pool and call back with a status, They actually never call back.... Very frustrating experience with them read more

They totally destroyed my pool a couple years ago when they "fixed my pump" and a couple days later my pool turned green then they stopped answering my calls/text. I spent thousands of dollars to resurface my pool and got a new pump and filter through a different company. My pool is beautiful and works wonderful now. No thanks to fisher pools at all. Once they mess up and your pool turns green they will ghost you! Terrible service! Still won't answer my calls/text to this day. Notice how all their good reviews are from years ago. Unfortunately the other pool company in town is no good either. We need better pool services in Barstow. read more

I have had fisher pool service all summer because although we usually maintain our pool, I knew that this summer would be very hard to because we wanted to vacation. My husband and I know the time and effort it takes to maintain a pool because we have done so for 10 yrs now. This summer we have spent most of our time cleaning the pool right after they leave or cleaning it a couple days before they come again just so that it can have a running start. They never add anything besides shock. My pool needed acid and algacide. My screens and filters were never cleaned unless I requested it and apparently its my fault because these guys are not maintenance workers they are technicians and I have to "ask". I said "well don't they report a green pool week after week?" My pool service is 180$ a month. My nephew announced to my family that he could do my pool instead and he promised he'll keep it just as green as they did!! And he will charge me the same amount because apparently I'm just giving money away That was so embarrassing . I asked for a bill adjustment because I don't think that this is good business practice and I'm very disappointed and they said that they don't "offer those". As long as they were "coming out" then they were "servicing the pool". So basically I paid them to know my pool was green. read more
