When they first came and did our pool a year ago we noticed they were not coming as frequent as they were suppose to we were paying for every Friday and we seen them maybe once every month. Eddie is very unprofessional and super rude. He's not communicative at all, pops an attitude anytime you bring anything up, and doesn't show up when he says he will. As you can see in the text messages, I have never once been rude or confrontational. In the end, Eddie ends up blocking me before allowing me to talk back to him after what he told me. First of all, if you can't show up on Fridays, DONT TELL CUSTOMERS YOU WILL. Also, DONT TRY TO OVERCHARGE PEOPLE! I don't recommend this company at all. Stay away by all means. They stated he lost phone . but could not afford a burner or replacement so there was no answer on any numbers provided one brother stated truck was broken. Brother stated he had ten customers per-day, if so they had 60 clients .If truly professional they'd rent a truck and or give a factual date when personal truck would be repaired. Pool water could be checked with transportation of a car or motorcycle and most customers like myself have brush net equipment and in fact could store chemicals till they got on their feet. Had a broken 2 hp pool pump. He made a great deal to…read morereplace it with a refurbished one. Upsold me on draining pool and power washing, and then replaced my pump with a 1hp, non variable speed, which by the way I've learned is ILLEGAL in ca. Very inefficient. sneaky tactic. Then has tried to blame the filter, and tried to upsell me on a filter, which has never been a problem in the 8 years I've had it. Buyer beware. Told him the pump is inefficient, as I had a 2 hp prior. He denies it, of course. Told him I needed a comparable pump , and then tried to sell me a 2k one. Yeah, no thanks. Now im out a lot of $$$. skimmer barely sucks, so vacuuming debris is not an option. pump is inadequate, and im going to have to replace it with a more efficient pump. Im sure if you have the $ to waste to upgrade everything, go for it, with caution, but if you're on a budget be very diligent. I do not recomend.

When I called to have someone come out for an estimate they said they didn't need to and to send…read morephotos. This made me a little nervous. I like face to face so I can read someone's character. There are a lot of sketchy businesses out there. However I have to say Eric put me at ease. I had a lot going on at the time he arrived and didn't know what to expect. Were they going to do the job correctly? What was the process? Was I going to get overcharged? I have has so many bad experiences this month and really did not want another. I have to say... they came... worked hard... and Eric addresses all my concerns and will most likely be back.... again and again. They definitely have a repeat customer. This pool was not the worst, but definitely not the easiest and I just got here 30 days ago and paying to clean up someone elses mess for the past 10 years. They did not complain. They did not stop. The transformation was amazing as I sat inside and watched them wave their magic ends and make my pool look good. Jolene in the office was nice as well. No one pushed me about payment. No one overcharged me. Now I'm leaving this review before they even finish because I am already so pleased.
