THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. Repeat, Do NOT even consider buying from Fit4LessUSA even if you are desperate because they don't have anything in stock regardless of what they say. Back in November when we wanted to get a treadmill they were the only company I was able to call up and have them say they could take my order and have delivery within 30-45 business days. Um, yeah right. After numerous unanswered emails, 'dropped' customer service phone calls and 'dropped' chat sessions I started to investigate and finally saw all of the other warnings here on YELP and other places. I was duped. Sounds like this company does this scam crap where they take the order and delay, delay, delay until maybe they get the product months down the road to ship and even then they ship out crap. Luckily my credit card company Fraud department was able to investigate my claim and in 1 day gave me my $$ back and will not pay this Scam company. Chat Tip for Others Who Have Already Purchased: If you're doing chat to get customer service, you'll notice any new time you attempt a chat the box will disappear since they realize current customers would bombard them like I did with questions so they must have the page programmed to remove the chat box if they cookie your browser. Instead, Go Incognito on Google Chrome and viola...the chat box reappears every time. They'll still give you complete BS answers but at least you can document proof for your credit card company. Avoid these lying douchebags at all possible costs. In fact, David Laurnoff is King of the Mega-douches! I ordered an Arc Trainer from these idiots for my wife in Sept. 2020. I should have recognized a problem when David said their credit card processing machine was down and I needed to wire funds instead. BEWARE: they do this because consumers can't reverse a wire, whereas they can contest a credit card purchase when these idiots fail to deliver the goods. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR REQUEST THAT YOU WIRE PAYMENT! My attorney discovered that they frequently change their banks just to make it even more difficult for disgruntled consumers to get any money that they wired. I waited and waited for my Arc Trainer. Over the course of 4 months I must have sent 50+ emails asking for a tracking # or explanation of why I hadn't received the Arc Trainer. Occasionally I got a reply that they would get me a tracking # for shipment, but they never did. After 4 months and no ArcTrainer, no tracking #, no explanation, I filed a lawsuit. Guess what, about 2 weeks later - and 4+ months after I had ordered it - an Arc Trainer showed up with no notification. Great, I already bought my wife one from a reputable vendor - now I have two. Anybody need an Arc Trainer real cheap?!??!?! Here is some excellent advice for anyone contemplating doing business with these idiots: go to the nearest bridge, freeway overpass, mountaintop, rooftop or balcony. Choose a very windy day. Take all of the money you would have sent to these crooks and convert it to small bills. Then when a gust of wind comes up, throw all of your cash up into the air and watch it flutter away! Great customer service! These guys are in top of their game, here's why, if your looking for the rock bottom price these guys are it. I called a few places and a lot of these other websites advertised all these things that I didn't need that came with the purchase like free installation, free lift gate, free this, free that etc... but take it from a guy that use to work in sales free isn't always free. I called these guys and I like they way they do business, its simple, you can chose the pre owed option you want they have 3, you then chose the shipping method and last you add whatever insurance, warranties and so on. I bought a refurbished machine, its a good choice if you want something for home use, I then chose the free shipping, you can pay for shipping but I didn't need all the extra stuff it came with like inside delivery. The free shipping comes with lift gate and delivery to my garage. I didn't add any insurance or extra warranties, the machine came with a one year warranty that's good enough for me its the same warranty that you get when you buy a new elliptical from the manufacture. Now if you don't know how freight shipping works add the insurance it covers damages and loss of products I also use to work in logistics for a large company and I've seen 500lbs shipments get damaged and lost. The reason I say this is because the shipping company scrapped the side of the machine, wasn't bad but I didn't like the way it looked, called the company I asked them for the required paperwork as I know how to fill it out and a week later I had a check. Now the reason I say these guys are great is because within the week that I was dealing with the shipping company Fit 4 Less USA ordered a new side panel for me and they covered the cost so I got to keep the check the shipping company sent out. read more

Great place to buy, I was looking at buying a Nustep for my mom, she had a hip surgery last year and she hasn't been able to go to therapy due to the pandemic all year. I called the Nustep company directly and the rudest woman on the phone answered and basically made me feel like shit because I couldn't afford it. I called this company and I was greeted by a very friendly woman who spoke spanish which was great because she could answer my moms questions directly. She went over a few options for used Nusteps and she also presented another option called a Lifestep which she felt was a better option for my mom because of some previous medical history with her heart. She gave us multiple discounts since my mom is a senior and ex nurse. I was really happy with the service and we received the machine a few days ago and yes it was definitely a better fit for my mom. I also want to mention to that I got a follow up call from Nustep a week after I purchased with fit4lessusa.com and they tried to scare me into cancelling my order and buying from them. They gave me some BS that I had been scammed by some guy called James and some other BS. Do not fall for this, I reached out to fit4lessusa.com and explained this to them and they transferred me to the owner Jesse who explained that Nustep does this to all the companies that resell used Nusteps they do not like it similar to what Apple does to small repair shops that fix Iphones. Love my elliptical, took a bit longer to deliver since I wanted if "fit tech certified". I will point out a few things for any one looking to purchase from them. Pros. You will get a great price they are a wholesaler which means they will give you the lowest price. They will custom build a machine for you, I had mine painted red to match my home gym. They offer free shipping. Everything shows up fully assembled. They have great support, had minor issue with the shipping company and they were able to help. Cons. The cons aren't that bad but something to look out for if you have never made this type of purchase. They build machines once you place the order, if you are in a rush to get something you might want shop around, but if you are willing to wait its worth it. Free shipping only includes delivery to the front of the home, if you need the machine brought in at an additional cost, this wasn't a big issue as they did tell me but I didn't realize how big these machines are, I wish they provided it for free. There's a catch to the free shipping if you have any issues with the shipper you have to deal with them directly not the Fit 4 Less unless you purchase shipping insurance. The sales rep didn't offer it to me when I bought the elliptical so they jumped in and helped me resolve the issue right away. They only have online support, this isn't new to me as I'm use to companies only being able to be reached via email but I wish they had live people to talk to. Hooray! I am the proud owner of a PhysioStep LXT Linear Cross Trainer! What a fantastic experience, from researching, ordering, receiving and now using this piece of exercise equipment. I spoke to a person from the service area twice before ordering and got all my questions answered which sold me on the equipment. It only took 3 weeks for it to be delivered to me and 30 minutes to put it togethet. it came with a free anti static mat. Mike as a big help also in sending me updates on deliveries. I have severe arthritis in my hips and knees and have a neeed to keep them flexible and moving. This equipment is most appropriate for this purpose. The seat is fully adjustable as it swivels, easily goes forward and back and tilts for comfort. The handle grips telescope for the perfect length for me. This is a quality build piece of equipment. There are rollers on the back support so it can easily be lifted from the front and rolled to the best place in the room. If you got the impression that I am 100% satisfied with my PhysioStep, you would be completely corret. Oh, and by the way, I am 40 years old and will be enyoying my PhysioSetp for many years to come. I am already getting around better and gradually losing some pounds. I recommend it to eveyone. It keeps me moving easily. read more

These guys are amazing, bought the wife a bike, the shipping company damaged it, when I called the company they told me I would have to have to call the shipping company to file a freight claim. I wasn't happy about this but those are the terms I agreed to, after going over the process on how to file the claim they told me I actually had shipping protection on my order. I didn't go for the free shipping as I wanted my order expedited but if you pay for shipping they pay for the protection. They took over the claim with the shipper and sorted everything out. After 48 hours they had a replacement bike being sent over to me, it wasn't the one I had originally ordered as it would have to take some time to rebuild but they offered me a few different options which were honestly better than the one I had ordered. I let the wife pick the one she wanted and she's pretty happy, I'm looking to use them again to build my home gym, they only have cardio equipment but they said they will be bringing in weight equipment next year and gave me a 10% coupon for any future purchase. read more

This has been an excellent experience, both David and Miki have been a great help. Delivery took only a few weeks and they were able to deliver the product sooner than expected. I originally had called Nusted but was assisted by a very rude woman which was very off putting , she was very rude and had nothing but negative things to say every single time I metion different companies or products I had I had seen online with no real explanation of why I should buy a Nustep or directly from them. After almost giving up I called Fit 4 Less USA the experience we night and day, Miki answered the phone and immediately put a smile on my face. Had to give these guys a good review, really easy to work with, they only have online service and it makes it really easy to communicate with them. I keep reading that people have a hard time getting ahold of someone but I assume its mostly people that aren't to computer savvy like my mom who gets angry when she cant call uber to complain to a real person lol Easiest way to talk to someone in service is via chat on their website. I've ordered from them six different times and each time I've communicated with them the same way. The only downside right now is that aren't letting anyone come to their warehouse because of COVID-19, every time I order from them I pick up the machine my self this year I wasn't able to do that which wasn't a big deal but it usually saves me some extra cash if I pick it up vs them shipping it. read more

Purchased an elliptical and a stepper for my home, it was a hard choice and after a few weeks of shopping around I went for it and ordered from fit4lessusa.com, the process was easy, I originally wanted the exact models I was using at the gym but the cost was way over my budget and the sales rep offered multiple different options. The delivery took a bit longer than expected but I had the same issue with the other products I had ordered from different companies this is the new norm not much you can do. What made this place better than the others was that they gave me updates as the equipment was being refurbished, they ran out of the original manufacture color but they did gave me the option to chose any color I wanted. Super helpful, Jocelyn helped me pick a good elliptical for me, I didn't have the highest budget but she spoke with a few techs at the warehouse and they were able to get me a nice machine for my home for under $2000. I did pay a little extra for shipping insurance which she recommended but Jocelyn explained, if you don't pay for shipping insurance and the product gets lost you have to deal with the shipping company and that's not a fun but if you pay for insurance a 3rd party company covers a refund or a replacement right away. Which makes sense to me, I ship stuff out to Mexico and they usually hide the cost of insurance in the bill I never really noticed it till Jocelyn pointed it out. Purchased from them twice, this time it took longer to get my treadmill due to covid. It arrived a few days ago and it looks great, they dropped it off into my garage which is where I wanted it. They actually gave me a free upgrade to a newer model, the one I originally ordered the parts were on backorder and they weren't going to be in for a few weeks so they offered me an upgrade. My only complaints are that it took longer to arrive and the shipping company didn't call me before delivery but that's more of a complaint for UPS. Besides that the treadmill looks very nice next to the elliptical I bought from them a few years ago and I am planning on buying a spin bike from them if the spin studio I go to doesn't open up in the next couple of months. read more

You get what you pay for, I had purchased a Precor Bike for what I thought was a great deal from a different company a few years ago. Everything was fine until the machine wouldn´t turn on, I had spent over $500 to fix it but it wouldn´t stay on. Finally, I gave up and started looking for another bike around the same price. I stumbled on their website and called in, Jason explainet the different pre-owned options to me and I realized that the price point I had was only going to give me the same headaches I just experienced. So I purchase a fully certified model as my old one but this one works and feels completely different. I was looking to trade an old treadmill that I had originally bought from a different company a few years ago. I was willing to give it away for free as long as they came and took it out of my bedroom. This company was also not able to help me but they did put me in contact with someone local who would buy the treadmill and haul it away. This is an excellent recumbent bike. I bought this HCI Physio step for Christmas for my 88-year-old father. He is thrilled with it. He uses to work out on a NuStep machine when he belonged to a fitness center, this machine is equal to the NuStep machine but was half the price! It was easy to assemble and fits well in our living room. So happy I made this purchase. The delivery went well. It was brought right into our living room and we assembled it the same day.
