This company used to be reputable. This is no longer the case. They have a proven habit of ghosting people, making applicants jump through a series of ever changing hoops and being generally unprofessional. When you let them know that they are being unprofessional, they cry like babies and claim you are "abusing" them for telling the truth and cancel your order for no reason. This is sadly not a reputable company anymore. Any reputable company would do right by potential customers instead of proverbially spitting on them for telling the truth about their unprofessional behavior. Save yourself the aggravation and wasted time. Should Leaseville see fit to apologize to me and undo the wrong they have done to me, I will consider editing my review. read more

I've been a customer of LeaseVille for 5 years now. They've helped me get computers when otherwise couldn't afford to get from Best Buy. The pickup option makes it very convenient. I had a frustrating experience trying to lease a product with LeaseVille. I reached out to their customer service several times throughout the day, but all I got were promises that I'd hear back "later." Here's what happened: My order was approved, but my bank blocked the transaction twice. After working things out with my bank, I was shocked to learn that LeaseVille had canceled my order and said I couldn't place another one for 90 days. I was buying the product as a gift, so a three-month wait felt unreasonable. When I called to explain the situation, they told me to send proof from my bank that the transaction was blocked, and they'd consider reinstating the order. I sent the proof and was told I'd get an update by the end of the day. Unfortunately, no email or call ever came. Since they're closed on weekends, I'm left wondering if they'll ever follow up or just leave me hanging. This whole process has been extremely inconvenient and stressful. If LeaseVille's customer service team had been more communicative or responsive, this situation could have been resolved quickly. Instead, I'm stuck waiting with no clear answers. This company took a payment for a laptop. Used Best Buy to ship. I received an empty and open box. The company has treated me like a liar - insisting a "10 day investigation" There was nothing to investigate. I gave police report number. The post master met police and reviewed footage of postal worker delivering opened box - 30 sec later I open door and see box is open and empty. Best Buy did not treat me that way. Said they would reship. I tried to get tracking number next day from Leaseville and they were rude and unethical. Continued with underlying "unspoken" you must be lying tone. 2nd guy would not let me speak at all. And I just wanted new tracking number. But even though they took my money and shipped me an empty box - the solution is to threaten me for calling Told me - the customer - " You cant call us and if you do that is harassment and your number will be blocked." I've used LeasevilleNoCredit in the past when Progressive Leasing was in charge of my lease. Paid it off, no problem. I even started a new lease with them in July this year, but now it's through J & Y Leasing and considerably more shady. There's no online access to my lease information and email responses are ridiculously late. The first few times I tried to call, the wait time was over 30 minutes so I couldn't wait. Still going by my previous positive experience, I referred my mother to try to get a computer and they took all of her very sensitive information, took forever to confirm it, then cancelled her order for the reason 'Unable to Verify Information.' Since then, they haven't responded to our email sent almost 2 weeks ago asking for a more detailed reason why it was cancelled, the online chat felt like I was chatting with a bot, and the phone system just repeats the same message and I never get a person. They've been take my payment faithfully every other week, but now I'm worried about where my money is going. Very suspicious and scary. Won't refer anyone else. read more

I had need of a New laptop and after shopping around realized it would take me 6 months to afford to buy one. I looked around online for a week before deciding to try out Leasevillenocredit. I selected a Macbook Air 13" around 9am and by 8pm I picked it up at Best Buy. I have dealt with other rent to own like Rent a Center and this process was easier and faster. My payments come out every other week and I plan to pay off with the same as cash 90 day option. Overall when I did the math I'll end up overpaying by about $400. For me the immediacy and convenience is worth the extra cost. I plan to order more items with them in the future :) read more

Terrible company that overcharges on overpriced merchandise. This is a shark company, BUYER BEWARE!

They take too long processing orders. Their customer service email return time is terrible. They turn off the online chat option when they don't want to be bothered. I was online started a chat. It said there were 2 other visitors. About 15-20mins later i was disconnected with a message reading oh we aren't online right now. After a number of calls and emails I finally received a message stating I couldn't be reached when they tried to contact me which is clearly a lie. I called them a number of times and was always told a rep would be in contact with me just wait. Anyways email said I used an invalid payment method. I used a prepaid card. Never was I told I couldn't. That wasn't the problem. The problem occurred when they told me to update the card number on file and to send then a copy of the front of my card. Just seems super fishy especially with all the scamming going on. read more

This was a very easy process to get through. I wanted a new camera so bad and no one else would give me the credit. Within a matter of a few days they sent me an Email letting me know that the camera I chose had been approved. I was so excited. The only problem I am having at this point is with billing. They say they are going to debit my account on the ex: 16th of the week and they will run it through on the 15th. Although it does not post until the 16th, it is causing my acct to overdraw at times. I'm sure a phone call to move the payment up a day will fix this. Overall, my experience was great! read more

The retailer tricks the users by stating that they don't perform a credit check while actually, they do use an alternative credit reporting agency called Factor Trust. From the other reviews the company is known to be slow in shipping and I think the prices are expensive but similar to Rent a Center. read more

I placed my order (4/30/18), signed agreement. They asked for more info as in my state id, a utility bill and access to verify my bank account. My bank was first.. verified no problem. I send my ID and utility bill.. i wait, i wait.. i call.. they say give it a few more days. That same day i get a email asking for the items again. So i resend my ID and a diffent bill as they said last bill might not have been good enough.. however the new bill i sent was my cable bill which also showed that i was a employee of the cable company.. so win win right? Utility bill and proof of employment. But to my dismay i wait another few days just to be told that my info can not be verified. I call to ask what cant be verified because i can sent them whatever they needed to make it right. I kept being told that they cant tell me why and at some point i called everyday to have the verification department get in contact with me. But no one ever did. The last time i called they promised me that the verification team sent a letter out to explain why they couldnt verify me. That was a month + ago. Now i feel like they just stole my information and had me sign documents for some alternative reason. It sucks because i read good reviews and yet i have been lied to and cant even have the decency of being told why i cant be verified (which i think is complete crap) again.. no solution has been given but to "apply again in 6 months" smh read more

My experience with Leaseville has been excellent. From the very beginning of the process I was somewhat weary. Not knowing this company at all, I took a chance and boy oh boy I am glad I did. Very professional, very courteous customer service, and every question I had was answered quickly and effectively. I am doing the lease to own in 90 days to payoff, and will most likely use them again for anything else I need. I really liked the fact that they are an authorized Apple retailer, and that the order was fulfilled by Best Buy who everyone knows. I was excited to give this company a great review because of all the amazing things I had read. I found a product and submitted my application. Within a minute I was approved, signed my lease agreement and submitted info for first payment. Shortly I was notified that my account was missing some information. I emailed them twice and received no reply. I figured since it was after hours this could be why. At 0830, only 30 minutes after normal business hours started, I called to verify what was needed since I still had not received a response via email. I have currently been waiting on the phone for 55 minutes to speak with someone. This is ridiculous and completely unprofessional. There is absolutely no reason a business of this size can be this hard to get a hold of right after they open. I will not be recommending Leaseville to anyone based off the extremely poor customer service etiquette. I am sad to do his as I was so excited to work with this company. read more

I submitted an application with Leaseville in early September. I opted for the "No credit" account. Based on their posted stipulations, 1. Income of at least $1000 monthly 2. On the same job at least 6 months 3. An active checking account for more than 3 months, with no NSF charges in the last 30 days.. I qualified, easily. In September I was denied. The reason: Account activity. Ok, so I waited 30 days, applied again. I was again denied. the reason: Unable to verify income (I have direct deposit, I gave them access to my statements for 90 days, my deposits are clearly indicated as "Payroll"... and Account activity. I called several times to get a clear explanation of the issue. No one would answer me. I sent 3 emails, they were all returned stating "your email contained an attachment we do not accept" (I sent no attachments). Finally, I got a very nice lady on the phone who really tried to help, but she had, and could not find, no more information than I had already been given (NONE). I asked for a supervisor and was transferred to another very nice lady who really took her time to tell me, I wish I had more information, but I just don't. I was sent an email, the vaguest EVER, that stated you may apply again in 30 days...NOPE, I'm done with this one. It has been very frustrating and I don't care to subject myself to this again. read more
