Anyways, the reason for me rating this one star is because I got there today and there was a homeless person covered up by the bike rack at the front entrance sleeping. I told the guy at the front desk when I was leaving and he said "well yeah but he's not really bothering anyone, what do you think?". I told him I don't like seeing that at all. This is unacceptable. The manager needs to know about this type of bullshit going on and fix it. I'll be cancelling my membership and going somewhere else because of this. So Bxchange, "what do you think". Update 10/22/19 I appreciate the feedback from my previous review from the owner. I went back in to give them the benefit of the doubt last night after a two week break from BX and the area has since been cleaned up and no signs of vagrants sleeping at the entrance. I do really love the very well maintained machines and clean weight room, thank you bx for handling the situation. If something like this happens in the future I'll be sure to let the staff know more clearly that the situation can not be accepted.

The staff at the front desk is always so friendly and just kind. And the instructors I've had are awesome. They are all different in their teaching routines but they all give you a great workout! I literally have walked out of there, limping and for days iam sore in my arms and quads. The place is a huge open room and it does get hot in there but it does have fans going. During the workouts, people are able to go as fast and as hard as they can and it really does seem like a no judge zone. This attack came after the person made a complaint regarding one of the trainers, which I was a witness of such complaint. They seem to be there just to be friends and hang out like a bunch of high school students. This gym is brand new, maybe a year to a year and a half old at most. The bathrooms are always dirty. I don't know when the staff actually cleans them, but it seems like they never do. I typically go in the morning, and they're dirty. Lately, I've started going in the afternoon, and it's the same issue: dirty bathrooms. Someone left their Crocs on the locker room floor, and they were there for about five days before someone actually picked them up. There is usually trash and dirty shirts left on the locker room floor for days before they are ever picked up. Then there are the elliptical machines. I believe there are about eight of them, and five are currently broken, starting from left to right. Three have out-of-order signs on them, and the other two do not, but the right-side pedals don't work properly. Yet nothing seems to be getting done about it. For a gym that is practically brand new, it shouldn't already be in this condition.

I do not recommend this gym…read more Professionalism: The trainer I had was named Alex. He was extremely unprofessional, rude, and even hostile at times towards me without clear reason. I did nothing to provoke him except show up to the sessions that I paid for. To this day, it's still confusing and alarming. Sessions: Alex did not show up to two sessions and left in his vehicle while I was still exercising for one of them. I was always sore after workouts, but it helped to have a trainer who was actually present and showing up to sessions. Waste of time and money if they aren't there. Cleanliness: The bathrooms in this gym are extremely filthy. Every time I went, the toilets and the sink were not working. I told Alex about it and he didn't want to hear it. He brushed me off and told me he was aware of the issue, yet it was never resolved. The bathrooms are worthy of an OSHA complaint or a health department complaint. I considered completing one, but chose to get my refund and get out of there as fast as I could. Extra detail: I am a woman and Alex intimidated me in front of people. Knowing that he is a man, and I was on a contract made this situation unbearable. It made me feel like I couldn't defend myself without potentially losing my hard earned money. This kind of power imbalance is not OK. If you are a woman, please consider a different trainer who will not intimidate or try to humiliate you simply because he can.
