The room where they do Zumba and Bodypump is huge. The instructors are great, I attended Berto's class last night, and he was great! I can't wait to attend another Zumba class of his! The check-in staff is always so friendly. They always greet me when I walk in and say bye when I walk out. VTL training goes on right in the middle by check-in, so it is pretty loud. After a class, sometimes a friend and i like to sit at a table at the front to relax and talk, and it's hard because the VTL has their music really loud.

In the Women's locker room one of the showers couldn't be turned on, another couldn't be shut off and the water was running cold. The one I used could be turned on and the water was warm but the water couldn't be turned entirely off. My son came with me and said in the Men's locker room there was no soap available in the provided dispensers in the showers. He said though they were difficult to turn on they functioned okay but one of the hot/cold indicators was loose. So considering how much membership costs, they really need to do a better job keeping the place maintained.

There were a few times though where the paper towel dispensers were empty but otherwise, they do a great job in making sure we have what we need. For the most part, guests are good at wiping their machines down before and after use. There were some that don't and WE SEE YOU. Please be courteous and respectful enough to wipe down the machines after using. The bathroom is also clean and organized. Love that everyone is very respectful in the locker room and bathroom area. Additionally, if you are a black card member, their spa room is also amazing. I've tried the cryo machine and it was amazing. I recommend this place!

The 29-minute circuit course has become my favorite routine. I just wish some people would respect the circuit part of it and not hog one machine for ten minutes.

I come to work out on Saturday morning and then I go to work right after afterwards I need to take a shower. Whether it's there's no soap in the handicap shower or the shower is broken or there's no towels. This gym is just ridiculous. It's always so hard just to take a shower here for one reason or another and I pay for this. I will say this again the only reason why I come here is for one person's class and that is Airica's class. If she didn't teach her, I wouldn't come here at all. And instead of getting a towel service like I do at the hair salon when we have no towels, They're just gonna keep charging people for it and dwindling down their amenities. They already did that at all the other locations. It's just that I don't need to shower at the other locations when my work schedule is different. It would just be nice to get an email or a notification saying what is broken before we get here in the morning. Because of course, I have my own towels at home. I could've simply brought one. Just no educated solutions here. Just excuses.

I do not recommend this gym…read more Professionalism: The trainer I had was named Alex. He was extremely unprofessional, rude, and even hostile at times towards me without clear reason. I did nothing to provoke him except show up to the sessions that I paid for. To this day, it's still confusing and alarming. Sessions: Alex did not show up to two sessions and left in his vehicle while I was still exercising for one of them. I was always sore after workouts, but it helped to have a trainer who was actually present and showing up to sessions. Waste of time and money if they aren't there. Cleanliness: The bathrooms in this gym are extremely filthy. Every time I went, the toilets and the sink were not working. I told Alex about it and he didn't want to hear it. He brushed me off and told me he was aware of the issue, yet it was never resolved. The bathrooms are worthy of an OSHA complaint or a health department complaint. I considered completing one, but chose to get my refund and get out of there as fast as I could. Extra detail: I am a woman and Alex intimidated me in front of people. Knowing that he is a man, and I was on a contract made this situation unbearable. It made me feel like I couldn't defend myself without potentially losing my hard earned money. This kind of power imbalance is not OK. If you are a woman, please consider a different trainer who will not intimidate or try to humiliate you simply because he can.
