You can season it to your liking but I only added pepper as I'm trying to stay away from salt (so hard omg) and still liked the taste a lot! My kitchen is small and I'm not a big cook so having these meals was great for me personally. Saved money by not eating out, much healthier and I don't have to leave the office! I didn't realize this was formally Lean Feast or I would've been back sooner! They/ Fit Mealz is my go-to for food prep! I tried a couple other food prep spots (when I thought these guys were gone) and none of them compare to these guys, FOR ME. I also LOVE the upgraded GREEN trays as opposed to the old orange ones! Top left: Chicken Thigh Meal with yellow sweet potato mash and asparagus- one of my favorites! Chicken was juicy, asparagus wasn't TOO crunchy after it was heated and the yellow mash was good too! Top Middle: Surf N Turf with tri-tip and salmon, cauliflower rice and asparagus- all of it was delicious. I ate this meal first because of the salmon and it was great! Top Right: Taco Tuesday Bowl - The salsa was better than I expected and I actually got two meals out of this one! I made a burrito one night and did a bowl the next. Added avocado myself to put it over the top! Bottom left: Meatza (carbless pizza) - My least favorite of the 5 but probably because no carbs and I'm not on keto/ used to that lol! It WAS still good though. If you're on keto or trying to cut carbs I would recommend this! Bottom right: Tri-Tip steak meal with red potato mash and broccoli. I ate this one last/ on the 5th day and it was still good. Obviously not FRESH anymore but the steak was still delicious. I warmed it up for a minute and took the steak out so it didn't overcook (depends how you like your steak, I like a little pink) and then warmed up the rest for another minute. The potatoes weren't the best BUT I'm sure that's because it did sit for several days. Still ate it and was happy. The broccoli was great too, only seasoned with pepper. Everything is meticulously weighed out and standardized nicely so you know exactly what you're getting and how much, which is just fabulous for macro tracking. I was just as excited for lunch the next day as an elementary school kid with a Lunchables. The meals heated up perfectly for some wonderful no-nonsense balanced nutrition. I picked out 4 differently seasoned varieties of tri-tip and they were all delicious, not too chewy, and didn't feel like I was having an artery-clogging food experience. I purchased my first batch of meals and was very happy with the variety of options and how quickly they were able to prepare all my meals. When I got to my hotel the I discovered that the Turkey Pattie's were very undercooked, but the owner offered to replace my complete order.
