I came to pick it up and was greeted by Sebastian. He was very warm and welcoming and upon me, letting him know that I called and spoke to Paola he was aware of the situation and had my food ready to go. He was also very sweet and understanding and very apologetic. They went over and beyond with making this right by giving me not only a remade salad, but also a free entrée on them for next time to make up for this issue. I tried really hard for Sebastian to not issue this out as I believe he had already made it right, but he insisted that I take the free entrée item for next time as they are sincere apologies. I've always really loved Mendocino's farm and friendly staff and I would like to know that I've never had any other issue with any other orders here. I'm happy to know that when there is an issue, their staff is understanding and accommodating enough to be able to make it right.l for their customers.
