Came here for a vanilla raspado and it did no disappoint. The location has ample parking, some seating indoors, and service was fast. The staff was very friendly, gave us samples, and helped us decide what to order since it was our first time. We tried the fresas con crema and it was really good. The cream they use tastes more homemade and is thicker and richer than the more liquid whipped cream you get at other places. You'll either love that or not depending on your preference, but I personally thought it was delicious. The strawberries tasted fresh, but they were cut pretty big. I think smaller pieces would have worked better with this dish. The mini pancakes were also very good, about an 8/10 for me. They were flavorful and the fruit was yummy, but I wish there were more strawberries and whipped cream. The mango drink was a 9/10. It was super flavorful and refreshing, and the real mango on top made it even better. The only thing is I couldn't really taste the coconut. Came here needed a juice pick me up. Ended up ordering more because the nice staff let me try the other juices. I saw they had a lot of options from juices to smoothies and plenty of dessert options. Food/drink: 10/10 I've been intrigued to get a mangonada at the new spot in town. My friend and I got two mangonadas and nachos with salsa verde chips. They asked us if we wanted more cheese sauce for our nachos or not and if we like jalapeños. The mangonada was really good. I'd get the same two items for lunch from this business often because it was located near my job. One specific employee asked me to show my phone screen each visit to confirm I had picked up my order in person. After doing this a couple of times, I politely asked not to show my phone anymore, since I had already verbally confirmed my order and my phone is personal property. After this, I felt unwelcomed, and on a previous occasion, I was mistakenly called a student--though nothing about me suggested I was one, as I was clearly on a lunch break from work. Once, after declining to show my phone but confirming that I picked up my order, I decided not to take the food and left it at the location. Unfortunately, being asked to show my phone each time felt unnecessary. I wondered if all customers were questioned in the same way....
