Yep, they're open at 4 in the morning except on the weekends its 5 am whereas alot business are still closed and traffic is very light and World Donuts is a great place for its coffee, bagels and donuts. Customer service top notch always with a smile been a regular customer for over five years. They have freshly made coffee on the side and one can purchase lotto tickets seems like they doing brisk business. Prices are very reasonable only gone up a dollar since the last time I was here three years. Ample parking located in a heavily traffic right off Capitol Expressway. I ordered from Worlds Donut through DoorDash, and unfortunately I had a really frustrating experience. This actually used to be one of my favorite places, but since I live farther away now, I can only order from them through DoorDash. On 3/12, I ordered a tuna croissant, but they gave me a turkey sandwich instead. The next day (3/13), I ordered again and specifically asked for tuna on white bread, but they gave me wheat bread, which is a problem because I'm allergic to it. Before placing the second order, I called the store to talk about the mistake from 3/12, and they told me they would make it right by giving me a sandwich. Instead, they only included one piece of donut, which was really disappointing. I reported everything to DoorDash, but they said they can't do anything anymore because a few days have passed, even though I reported the issue earlier. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, especially from a place I used to really like. I hope they pay more attention to orders, especially when customers mention food allergies. read more

Used to always stop here daily, but after moving to other side of town hadn't visit in few months. Tried it but disappointed. I don't know what the pastry is called but the twisted cinnamon on the top shelf (no, not the donut twist, the other one with the sugar on top) is amazing! A very interesting donut shop! I actually felt like I walked into a mini 7-11. Haha! This place sells more than donuts! For sure, one of their main selling item are lottery tickets. Looks like it's a lucky shop too, based on all the winning tickets they decorate the shop with! I'll have to try my luck next time I stop by! Besides lottery tickets, they sell cellphone accessories, ramen bowls, chips, and even coffee creamer! I think if the shop was bigger, they would sell more items. Wanted to grab some breakfast this morning and this place was conveniently located just before the 680 freeway on ramp. I remember coming here to get donuts before school when i was a kid. I got in around 10:30am and I'm not sure if they sold out or what but they did not have a great selection of donuts, and sad to say the ones they had didn't look that fresh. I bought a chocolate donut, glaze twist, apple turnover, jalepeno cheese bagel, jalepeno bagel, pesto bagel, orange juice and small cappuccino for a total of $14+. Service was friendly. The guy offered to toast my bagels, slice them in half and put cream cheese on it, but I told him it wasn't necessary because I wasn't going to eat them right away. I like this little place. Every morning I go, I catch the same lady who works the front counter. She is very attentative, friendly, and prompt. She gets your order on the counter, bagged, and ready to go quick, allowing me to get in and out of there and on my way to work! The five stars is mostly due to her. She gives me good service, she remembers me and my order, and I gotta admit it's hard to find superb service these days, what with everything seemingly controlled by a few big corporations.
