Ordered factory lenses and all came damaged, every single time. Took about 2.5 months to go through that process. Thankfully Fuse had the option for my frame literally half the price. Delivered within a week! With the same quality! Super high-def. They look great, same style as the original Oakley lenses. Obviously these are considered "aftermarket" and yes there are slight imperfections from the cutting process. But no damage, no scratch and the actual optic is VERY clean. Worth every dollar. I went there today to waste some time while waiting on my son, whom I dropped off to college this week. I'm not from this area so I wanted to get to know the city. while walking around Macys I heard a man behind me talking loud as I turn around I see him and another women looking at me. the man was still speaking to the lady about "that's what they do, they come in here and case the place. they record the cameras and case the store" I looked back again the man and women is still behind me. I continued to walk and found my husband , told him what happened and I wanted to find the guy who said something and confront him. we found him in the women's dept speaking with the same lady. I asked did he work at Macy's he stated he worked at sunglass hut. I asked if the comment he made was directed toward me and if so he had no reason to assume I was casing the store. he became defensive and said the store was robbed an hr prior and his comments were about that. He laughed and scuffed as if he was appalled that even thought that about him. We walked away from him and the lady but to know Im leaving my son in this city for 4yrs and to know there are people who have the same ideology as your employee is frightening. Train your employees to do better and if he was so sure that is what I was doing he should stand on his truth when he was comforted and not lie. He then became extremely pushy, rushing us to choose our designs and immediately taking the shirts to be made before we had even gotten to the register or been told what anything actually cost. When we went to check out, we were finally told that the large designs we had chosen were $50 EXTRA PER SHIRT. Then I found out the small design I had added to the front of mine was another $40 EXTRA. By the time we checked out, we were paying $250 for TWO SHIRTS. Had the salesman been upfront about the pricing from the beginning, we would have absolutely walked away. This felt incredibly misleading and like we were intentionally rushed through the process before being given the actual price. A business should NEVER make customers feel trapped into paying for something they weren't properly informed about. $250 for two shirts is ridiculous, especially when the pricing is not clearly explained upfront. Save your money and shop somewhere that actually tells you what you're paying for BEFORE they make the product. I will never shop here again.
