K&M do their work in a timely manner. The most important feature of this business, and this is my opinion, K&M employs the only female mechanic in Tillamook. While four other auto service departments in Tillamook would not even talk to me, Jacob at 24/7 not only took the time to look at my car but realized it was just a fuse and replaced it in under 5 mins at no charge. As a single woman with her dog coming in with absolutely no clue what was wrong with the air conditioner, I could've easily gotten taken advantage of and I had completely expected to pay a lot of money to get the air conditioner running before heading home.
