My nordicktrack warranty sent this company out to fix my elliptical. The incline was malfunctioning…read moreso the tech fixed it, all while telling me how his bosses tell him if the problem is not what was previously diagnosed he is supposed to just act like he's doing somethingto the machine even if he isn't. Very unprofessional. I get on the machine that night and now the resistance is broken. I call back and request a different tech but they send the same one. He is so uneducated he is watching YouTube videos trying to figure out how to put my machine together and ends up shorting out my homes electricity when he plugged his phone into the outlet while the machine was also plugged it. At this point my fiance is irritated and understandably so.. and this tech leaves the house with my elliptical unable to even power on. When I keep pressing nordicktrack to send a new tech and resolve the situation suddenly this tech makes up a story to save his job saying I have illegal substances and he felt unsafe in the home when I have two children and nothing of the sort in my home.. he saw a clean tobacco pipe on the dresser that my fiance made since his career is glassblowing. What a joke! Now I have a fully broken elliptical because of this incompetent tech and nordicktrack won't send anyone back out over these false claims. If these people are servicing your warranty, try to look into other options because obviously nordicktrack doesn't pay them well enough to care about customer service in these instances. Update: I was contacted by Chase concerning this review and after some explaining on both ends he agreed to notify me when he could come make the situation right by buying the elliptical his previously employed tech broke because he will definitely be able to fix it and resell it. A week later and still waiting for a call back and Chase who has since gone back on his word and is trying to remove my honest rating of how I was treated. Seems like every level of tech, manager and owner of this company have no morals. Update 6/16/2021 Sir, you called me asking how to get the rating removed and offered to send a different tech out behind nordicktracks back for no charge and make me pay for the parts. When I asked my spouse and he declined, I offered for you to come get this paperweight, expecting you to offer the $300 value of this visit you were willing to sacrifice to fix an elliptical your tech broke.. I never said any figure and honestly just wanted it gone since it's now worthless to me. Sorry you didn't have the respect to call back and tell me you'd rather not come to a resolution and go behind my back to remove the rating anyways how I suspected you would after the tone at the end of our call when you didn't get the solution you desired. I think that says plenty about you as well. Blackmail?. Nice way to flip it!! I also had no interaction with your tech the last visit and know he was not called those descriptive terms until I had to complain to his supervisor and the internet..

I ended up buying a super cute new outfit that I absolutely love. They also support a company called 3 Strands which supports human trafficking survivors and those at risk. The pants they had were all the same style and not what we were looking for, and after circling the store a few times, we realized they didn't sell caddies. They had a bunch of other accessories, but not a ball holder? As we were heading to the door, an employee finally helped us -- mind you, he was chatting it up the whole time with some dude who worked there, too -- and ended up selling a used caddy to us. We only bought it because it was half the price we would've paid online and it seemed to be functional still. It was great that we got that, but in the middle of checking us out, the guy fucked off to go talk to his buddy again. It took longer than necessary to pay because the guy couldn't focus on customers for 2 seconds. I recommend they improve their customer service and inventory. Once that happens, I might consider going there again.

I finally took some time to look into it further when looking for a place for my sons birthday party and I'm so glad that I did... this place was awesome and the perfect spot for my 11 year olds birthday. They have an entire party setup inside and the staff is pretty easy going and cool to work with me. There are several picnic tables so you can bring your own food, cake, non alcoholic drinks, etc. in addition they have a pretty cool playing room that looks like an abandoned city for the Airsoft games, and a window so parents can watch the chaos from outside. In addition, there is a side room with 5 x box consoles for the kids to play with on breaks or before/after the Airsoft rounds. It was really cool and all of the parents (who also live in the area) were shocked to see what was hidden inside of this mystery building! Safe to say someone the parents will likely be booking their kids next party here! Our host, Cole, was very good with the kids and the GM, Alex, was really nice and easy to work with as well. 5/5 highly recommend.
